Almost Broke It! This is the 2007 Schindler 3300 MRL Traction Lift/Elevator at Morrison Square in Nelson, New Zealand. This is a nice enough Schindler 3300 install here. The FI GL fixtures are quite nice. Like all FI GL 3300's, this one has the chime trick. The lift didn't like me at the end lol! I thought I broke it for a second! Nelson is full of Schindler 3300's (hope you like them!).

The Movie Kiwi Flyer, held dear in so many Nelson homes, was finally released in Sept and Mainland TV caught up with Director Tony Simpson just before the red carpet launch in Nelson's Theatre Royal. News had just been released the evening before when Nelson Mayor Aldo Miccio announced that Nelson is set to host the New Zealand Trolley Grand Prix and has declared Nelson as the Trolley Derby Capital of New Zealand.

Here's a clip of a primary school band I've had the pleasure of mentoring and teaching at Central School in Nelson, NZ. They won the musicianship award on the night. The event was at the Theater Royal in Nelson. Thanks to Todd Starr for helping capture it on film.

Band members are Lucy (drums), Malachi (bass), Ruby (keys), Ned (elec guitar) and Emma on backing vocals.
