Benefits of soaking in MINERAL RICH HOT SPRINGS!!
In addition to what I mentioned in the video, a hot spring heals FEVERS. A FEVER is when the body raises its temperature to over 104 degrees Fahrenheit to try and kill off an infection. A hot spring will raise the body's temperature for you naturally, so your body doesn't have to work as hard. Find out more on my Instagram at MarisaAngela071.

Hot Spring Gout Treatment
For more information about Hot Spring Gout Treatment
Please visit
In this video we explain the benefit of using hot spring therapy as an acute gout treatment for healing and curing gout.
Hot spring gout treatment or the use of mineral rich and sulfur rich water is know to be beneficial remedy for gout patients.
Mineral baths have been used for thousands of years to relieve gout and other types of arthritis.
The Romans used the hot springs in Baden-Baden as a therapy for gouty arthritis and rheumatism. Queen Victoria was a regular visitor at Baden-Baden.
Here at the Gout Clinic, we use the natural hot springs of “Atotonilco”, near the town of “San José Manialtepec”, for treating gout.
The water at these hot springs contain a high amount of minerals and sulfur components and is ideal for treating gout and arthritis.
The only problem is access to these springs.
These hot springs can only be reached after a one-hour horseback ride, along and through the river Manialtepec.
As a result, patients with a severe acute gout attack cannot visit these hot springs for treating their gout.
Also, when the water level in the river is high, during the rain season, we cannot go to the hot springs.
In this video we explain, and show you, how to prepare a hot spring treatment at home. We go into the details of the ingredients,
400 gram Epsom Salt, 100 gram Borax and half liter hydrogen peroxide 3%. This when you boil, two gallons, or 8 liter of chlorine free water. We explain how and when to add the ingredients to the water
Once the bathing solution is ready, alternate, putting your feet in the cold bowl and the hot one.
This is called a contrast bath.
Contrast baths result in improved local blood flow. Additionally, the lymph vessels, contract when exposed to cold, and relax in response to heat, pumping stagnant fluid out of the area. This positively affects the inflammation process and helps to evacuate uric acid.
Stay as long as you can stand in the hot one.
Continue with this treatment for at least 20 minutes.
At the end we explain the advantages of this treatment in the case you have neuropathy.

WODdoc Project365 Episode 45: Benefits of Thermal Hot Spring Therapy
When we say thermal we are really just saying hot. In the sports world we often stray away from heat, scared of causing whatever our coaches and gym teachers warned about. However, besides helping to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and decrease joint pain, there is a host of additional benefits. Check them out: thewoddoc.com

Grand Japanese Hotel: One Night in Nishimuraya Honkan - A Kinosaki Onsen
I stayed in a traditional japanese ryokan - one of the finest and I'd recommend the experience to anyone. But alas, just as with any grand hotel, if you go in the off season, don't expect it to be busy. THANK YOU to nishimuraya honkan for your wonderful hospitality, if you're thinking about going - I'd absolutely recommend it, a wonderful, traditional & luxurious experience.
Japanese Ryokan, BBQ and Onsen in Norikura Kogen | Travelling with TIMMY Ep 4
On this trip I was invited to a BBQ Sleepover in the mountains.
We stayed at the Norikura Kogen Youth Hostel and Family Lodge, a Ryokan type accommodation.
The tatami matted floors, comfortable futons, relaxing onsen and delicious traditional Japanese meals is an experiemce you cannot forget.
If you are coming to visit or stay in Japan, highly recommend you make a plan to stay over at a Ryokan like this one.
It may cost a bit more than your average accommodation (Between ¥15,000 and ¥25, 000 per night), but if it's just for a night or two - it's totally worth the experience.
TIP: Depending where you stay, sometimes it's cheaper per person if you go with a group of friends or family.
Happy Sleepovers!!!
