Day Hot spring [Orofuresou] Karurusu Onsen Hokkaido Japan
I took a day trip in Karls hot spring.
This time I went to Yumoto Orofureoso.
The hot spring was colorless and transparent, it did not smell, it was hot water of feeling very gentle to the skin.
Hot water has hot water just right from hot water, and there was also lukewarm water in sleepwell so I think we can also cool down.
The outdoor bath is not so big, but since the river is flowing and there is a sound of water next to it, it feels really nice and it gets wet with hot water.
In Hokkaido, Yuji is famous for a long time and seems to have many people using it for the purpose of Yuji.
There are several bathtubs in the room and you can soak in the hot water relaxedly so it is a recommended place for you who wants to enter the hot spring slowly.
Karls hot spring is surrounded by mountains, you can spend slowly in a very quiet environment with plenty of green.
When I am busy and tired all day, I think that it is good to take a rest in such nature.

ONSEN - Hot Spring in HOKKAIDO First Time! [Hokkaido Vlog]
***Japan With Me - Episode 10 (Stream at 1080p for BETTER-QUALITY video)*** Wow, this episode is kinda special cuz this is my very first time going to the ONSEN! My cousin really recommended this. She's like When you come to Hokkaido, you have to do it as this is what they are famous for! I'm taking to your another famous area in Hokkaido, called Noboribetsu! There are a lot of natural hot spring that you can enjoy! Being at the Onsen which I had no idea on what to do. I did watch some videos about the etiquette of going to a Japanese onsen but the feelings and the atmosphere were too overwhelm to comprehend. Anyway, all you need to know is that you have to change your clothes and leave completely naked before going to the actual bathhouse. Of course you have to take your shoes off at the entrance. They would give you two sets of towel, a small one to to bring in and the big to wipe after you're finished. Before you actually use the hot spring and other facilities, you have to take a shower and clean as much as you can. Not just for your own hygiene but the others too. Mainly, I just watched and followed the other guys. I never felt so shy and literally naked in my life!!! hahaha. It was truly an adventurous experience for me. Males and females are separate but still those weird feelings. I would recommend to do more research if you go alone like I did or go with your new local friends as they are not complete strangers nor your known friends. It took us quite a while like nearly 2 hrs from where we stayed to there. By buses it costed alright. Unfortunately for the limit of the time, we decided to take taxi for the bus stop to that hot spring place. It was expensive but worth it though. That day we didn't eat anything much. Thank you very much for watching. Don't forget to check out my other food videos and travel vlog series :) Follow me on IG @tovnadavid Kpop reaction channel Have a good day!

Lake Kussharo Part 1, Hokkaido JAPAN
Lake Kussharo 屈斜路湖 is a caldera lake in Akan National Park, eastern Hokkaidō, Japan. As with many geographic names in Hokkaidō, the name derives from the Ainu language. It is the largest caldera lake in Japan in terms of surface area, and sixth largest lake in Japan.
Bihoro Pass 美幌峠 is the site of a superb vantage point from which an excellent view of Lake Kussharo can be enjoyed.
The lake's central island, Nakajima, is a composite volcano. Volcanic gases render the lake water acidic, and it supports few fish except in areas where inflowing streams dilute the water. Rainbow trout, which are also resistant to fairly acidic water, have been artificially introduced. In 1951, a rare form of cicada (Oncotympana maculaticollis) was discovered, and is now protected by the government.
Along the lake shore are several outdoor hot springs and a sand beach with naturally heated sand and hot ground water. Wakoto Peninsula extending into the lake has a number of active sulfurous vents.
Wakoto Onsen. At the southern end of Kussharo-ko, the Wakoto peninsula was created by a volcanic eruption much later than that which formed the lake. A circular 'island' is connected to the mainland by a narrow neck of land and has a lovely 2.5km nature trail around it. The walk will take about an hour. Relax in the free onsen at the trailhead after your walk.

Lake Kussharo Sunayu Hokkaido JAPAN
Lake Kussharo 屈斜路湖 is a beautiful caldera lake located in Akan National Park.
Sunayu onsen 砂湯 is quite impressive, as the hot water is directly surfacing on a beach. Looking toward the lake, you will have a beautiful view on the water and the mountains behind it.
The lake is also known as Japan's Loch Ness, after numerous reported sightings on a lake monster dubbed Kusshii...

A Day At Noribetsu Hot Springs
This is a day in early May 2007 at Noribetsu, in Hokkaido.
Cinematic Hokkaido | Winter In Japan ( Zhiyun Crane Plus )
I have made it to Japan and our first stop was Hokkaido. We took off on the JR Rail to northern Japan and our first stop was Muroran, Japan. We explored around the beaches there for a few days before taking off on the JR Rail to Noboribetsu. This place is well known for its natural hot springs and onsen baths. We then took off again on the JR Rail even more north. We arrived in Kamikawa where we stayed in a small town called Sounkyo. It is known for its ice festival. This is my experience of Northern Japan from the cinematic eye. This was filled on my Sony a7sii with the new zhiyun Crane Plus gimbal and the DJI Mavic Pro

[Cycling in Japan] 100KM Solo Ride into Japanese Countryside
Today I'll be doing a 100km solo ride into the Japanese countryside to Ena in Gifu prefecture on my road bike. I'll be riding through some steep mountains in the hot Japan summer, but I also brought my drone with me to get some good aerial shots, and made sure to reward myself with some delicious food.
More specifically, today I'll be riding to 道の駅 おばあちゃん市 山岡 (michi no eki obaachanshi, yamaoka), which is a popular rest area and tourist spot in 恵那市 (Ena, Japan).
(Ena) is located NE of where I live in 岐阜県 (Gifu prefecture), which is famous for mountains. That means today is gonna be full of climbing..

JAPAN: MOUNT USU: VOLCANIC ERUPTION - EVACUATION
Natural Sound
Japanese authorities have widened the danger zone around the Mount Usu (oo-soo) volcano on Hokkaido island, after three more major eruptions.
One of the eruptions caused a new crater to form.
In all, more than 15-thousand people have been evacuated from the area around the mountain, which became active on Friday after lying dormant for 22 years.
Mount Usu spit ash and debris in three more major eruptions on Saturday, fuelling fears that the people living at the base of the volcano could have some tense months ahead.
The Central Meteorological Agency said one of the eruptions before dawn formed a new crater in the vicinity of the spa resort area of Lake Toya on the mountain's northern side.
About seven other craters had formed and were spewing smoke.
Falling snow has increased concerns about mudslides in the lakeside resort, some 475 miles north of Tokyo.
Officials said eruptions were expected to continue periodically, raising fears among thousands of evacuees that they will be living at makeshift shelters far longer than they thought.
The town of Abuta near Mount Usu has been left deserted.
APTN witnessed extensive damage to school buildings and houses, and volcanic rocks that had been left strewn across streets and motorways.
It's feared Usu could spew a deadly mix of gas and rocks - called a pyroclastic flow - that races down slopes and incinerates everything in its path.
Japan is one of the world's most eruption-prone countries, with 86 active volcanoes.

十勝川上流の秘湯めぐり(トムラウシ温泉→オソウシ温泉→くったり温泉) ~ three Onsen located upstream of the Tokachi River

Lake Shikaribetsu Kotan
The Lake Shikaribetsu Kotan is a village made of snow and ice that appears on the surface of the frozen lake only during winter. This white wonderland is dotted with igloos big and small, and also features an ice cafe, an ice chapel, and an open-air onsen bath and foot bath built on the field of snow. While it's a popular tourist spot in the daytime, it has an even more serene, mystical atmosphere in the twilight of dusk or the darkness of night.
JAPAN: MOUNT USU VOLCANO UPDATE
Japanese/Nat
Three days after the volcano in northern Japan burst back to life, experts say it has already changed the topography of the area.
They are warning it could have long-lasting effects on the lives of more than 51,000 people who live around its base.
Instead of coming from the main crater, volcanic gas and debris are now shooting from as many as eight new craters, two of them dangerously close to homes and a hot springs resort.
On the edge of Abuta, a town of 13-thousand was evacuated even before the eruptions began.
Plumes of white smoke continued to swell into the sky Sunday.
The billowing mass rose from new craters, one believed to be just a hundred metres (yards) from village homes.
Mount Usu coughed up gas and debris on Friday for the first time in 22 years, sending it 3 kilometres (2 miles) into the sky.
More eruptions opened up several new craters the following day, threatening the hot springs resort of Toyako Onsen.
Experts say that despite some calming in the volcano's activity Sunday there has been no fundamental change in its condition, meaning further, even bigger eruptions were still possible.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
The volcano is not much changed compared to yesterday's activity and the activity is very similar to that which occurred in the early stages of 1910 activity... so forming many craters in a limited zone and the eruptive activity continues.
SUPER CAPTION: Professor Hiromu Okada, Vulcanologist
Even before the latest eruptions, roads were cracking and water pipes had burst from the intense pressure boiling up from below the ground near the mountain on Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost main island.
The mountain is one of 86 active volcanoes in Japan and has erupted eight times in the past 300 years.
The last one began in 1977 and lasted into the following year, triggering mudslides that killed at least two people.
An eruption in 1822 killed 50 people.
There have been no reports of deaths or injuries this time and, unlike in previous disasters, the Japanese government has come in for praise for its swift response.
With the first signs of increasing volcanic activity last week, local officials began telling residents of the imminent danger and encouraged them to evacuate as early as Wednesday.
Over 16-thousand residents have fled their homes, seeking shelter in temporary accommodation and with relatives.
Evacuees were fatalistic about their plight.
SOUNDBITE: (Japanese)
Being here is better than being at home, just in case something happens, but it is very stressful being away from home
SUPER CAPTION: Evacuee
SOUNDBITE: (Japanese)
There's no point worrying too much about this, there's nothing I can do about it
The Self Defence Forces, Japan's military, helped transport the evacuees, and distributed maps outlining possible danger spots.

JAPAN: MOUNT USU VOLCANO UPDATE (2)
Natural Sound
The volcano in northern Japan which experts thought was calming down has erupted again, spewing rocks, ash and gas into the air.
A crater on Mount Usu which was caused by eruptions only days ago sent steam and ash over the nearby town of Toyako Onsen.
The town had been evacuated and no one was injured.
The town of Toyako was famous as a hot springs resort, heated by the volcano now its violent eruptions have turned it into a ghost town.
UPSOUND: (Natural Sound)
Let run for 15 seconds
SUPER CAPTION: Volcano erupting
Clouds of ash and gas hang over Tokayo and Japan's meteorological agency warns that there is a danger of mudslides as snow is melted by the volcanic heat.
Mount Usu exploded into life on Wednesday for the first time in more than 20 years, forcing thousands of people to take shelter.
So far there have been no injuries largely because people were evacuated well in advance.
But some are fearful that they might never return to their homes, which are gradually being buried in volcanic ash and rock.
At least 18,000 local residents have been evacuated from the area, and more than 3,000 soldiers and several naval vessels and helicopters are on standby to help with further evacuations.
