Japan: See macaques take a bath in Japan's natural monkey spa
Japanese macaques commonly known as 'snow monkeys' bathed in the steaming hot geothermal springs in the Jigokudani Yaenkoen Park in Nagano, Monday.
During winter months the primates descend from the forests in the Jigokudani cliffs to the hot springs, in order to get relief from the sub-zero temperatures.
Scores of tourists and photographers gathered around springs in order to catch a glimpse of the bathing monkeys’ first-hand. Although the park is open all year round, the bathing monkeys have become a chief attraction, drawing in hundreds of visitors to the park during the winter months.

The mountains of Japan's Niigata Prefecture get upward of 4 meters of snow a season earning this region of Japan the title of Snow Country. I returned to my home near the snow country to find some Christmas money. A quick call to a friend insured that it would be put to good use. Here's one way to go snowboarding on a dime in Japan.

Dogo Hot Spring appears in Soseki Natume’s novel “Botchan”, and is a famous tourist site in Aichi prefecture. This hot spring is 3,000 years, which is one of the oldest hot spring histories in Japan. It is said to be the model for “Spirited Away (Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi)”, Hayao Miyazaki’s animated fantasy film.
夏目漱石の小説『坊つちやん』にも描かれ、愛媛県の代表的な観光地として知られている。日本国内でもひときわ古い3000年もの歴史を持つといわれる温泉である。宮崎アニメ「千と千尋の神隠し」のモデルとも言われている。

【4K】Walking in Shinano town, Nagano. To lake Nojiri and above.
Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only.
I was in Nagano Myokokogen for skiing and noticed a lake from the top. Next day I went there with my drone. The walk starts from Kurohime station. Had to find proper way to the lake as Google maps showed some roads which did not exist. The place is very rural.
When I put my bag into the locker I forgot to take a key :)
Before playing with drone I put camera a side to record some natural sounds why flying. After flying I got back to the station by taxi and then took a train. Few train station away I remembered that I forgot to take my camera. Had to go back, take a taxi and got in time for next train which goes once an hour. Station guy let me to use same ticket for Nagano city.
