Vaalserberg Tripoint Border: 3 countries at Once (Germany DE, Netherlands NL & Belgium BL) Sony 4K
The Vaalserberg is also the location of the Tripoint between Germany DE ( Deutschland ), Belgium BL and the Netherlands NL( holland Dutch ), and its summit is therefore called the Drielandenpunt (three country point) in Dutch, or Dreiländereck (three country corner) in German, or Trois Frontières (three borders) in French.

this is the point where germany,belgium and holland meet
there is a big tower where you can have a nice view of aachen,vaals and ardenne forrest nearby

Very interesting place to check out if you are interested in off beat tracks and have a car t oexplore the area.
On a nice sunny day it is really worth the visit.

Three Country Point - Dreilandenpunt, Netherlands, Germany
This is the point between the three country border of Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. Direlandenpunt means Three-Country Point in Dutch. Dreilaendereck in German or Trois Fronteres in French. I miss-spoke in the video saying one of the countries is France, it's not. They just speak French in Belgium :)
This is a popular tourist site. My son is a geography buff, and requested that we visit here during our trip to Aachen. So here we are.

We are at the three points where the three countries meet, Belgium, France (my bad, it's Germany), The Netherlands. Way up in this tower, I'm taking a picture of the labyrinth that is here from the top of the tower. It's beautiful up here. At least we didn't have to walk all the way up here, they have an elevator. This way you can see the countryside.

Tri-Border Point Vaals || Germany-Belgium-Netherlands
Three Country Border is know in German as Dreiländereck and, for my surprise, it isn’t in Aachen. It is pretty close to it but you will have to get there. The point where the countries meet is located in the dutch province of Limburg, in a small city called Vaals. This is why the hill you have to climb to enjoy this meetings of border is called Vaalserberg and it’s the highest point in mainland Netherlands. So, when you visit Dreiländereck, you are also visiting the highest dutch mountain.
Drielandenpunt - Three Border Point (Meeting point of Netherlands, Belgium and Germany)
Here is the three border point of 3 Country - Netherlands, Belgique (Belgium) and Deutsland (Germany). We enjoyed visiting the Place. It's 3 Major Country in just 3 seconds although it took almost 5 hours trip from Amsterdam. We just missed to go in Labirynth and the tower. We just had the chance to hike and get lost in the Forest.

EastBelgium - Surprisingly Large
The character of Eastbelgium has been formed over the years by its location in the heart of Europe. There is a tripoint in the north of the region where three countries meet -- Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany -- while the western border connects it with French-speaking Wallonia. It then borders Luxembourg in the south and the German states of North Rhine-Westphalia and Rheinland-Palatinate in the east. You'll find that its location and the influence of its neighbours have given Eastbelgium a very specific identity. The main ingredients are a mixture of Belgian calmness and German reliability, with a good shot of hedonism thrown in to round out the picture.
With a surface area of 1036 square kilometres, you will find Eastbelgium surprisingly large in cultural, language as well as culinary terms. Its eclectic nature is also reflected in the language. French is spoken in Malmedy and its environs, with German being spoken in the rest of Eastbelgium. The differences with its neighbouring countries also go without saying. In the border country near Aachen you will see the start of a landscape which has not let agricultural land consolidation and industrial agricultural production strip it of its charm. It's just real countryside, relaxed and like a painted backdrop. The narrow lanes seem only to have been put there for the purpose of leading you down the scenic route to the next picture postcard village, to the next atmospheric town. It's likely, in fact almost certain, that you will chance upon a restaurant serving regional cuisine along your way, because Eastbelgium is also full of gastronomic surprises.

Me, Mahyas, Mitra, Wulan and Maria traveled to tripoint (‘Het Drielandenpunt’) in Vaals, Netherland. This is tripoint where the borders of Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands meet. So, this was literally travel to three countries in a day. With a height of 323 meter it is also the highest point of the Netherlands. After that we went to Aachen, Germany. Had a random conversations, met KFC hot wings and weird dramas along the trip.
