Thusharagiri Falls is a waterfall located in Kozhikode district in the Indian state of Kerala, India.
Two streams originating from the Western Ghats meet here to form the Chalippuzha River. The river diverges into three waterfalls creating a snowy spray, which gives the name, 'Thusharagiri' a word which means the snow-capped mountain. Of the three waterfalls, the highest is the Thenpara, falling from an altitude of 75 metres (246 ft). The other two are the Erattumukku falls and Mazhavil Chattam falls.

Amazing monsoon
As the name suggests, land and water have struck an extraordinary kinship at Thusharagiri (mist capped peaks). The plantation destination that abounds in rubber, arecanut, pepper, ginger and spices, is also a trekkers delight. Trekkers start early morning from the second waterfall on the hills and climb up through the pristine dense evergreen forests teeming with exotic birds and animals to reach Vythiri in Wayanad district by evening.

Thusharagiri waterfalls (3 in no) is 9.5 km from Adivaram. There is a 9 am bus from Kozhikode. Buses ply from Thamarassery to falls via Kodencherry.

An exciting trip to the Aripara Waterfall & Thusharagiri Waterfalls located in the Kozhikode district of Kerala. These two tourist attractions are amazingly beautiful but I was really amazed by the beauty of the nature that I witnessed on my way. The roads are well maintained and are full of greenery both the sides. The sceneries and landscapes that you will come across will force you to take photographs throughout the way.
They say that Kerala is God's own country. Well, I totally agree with this statement. You should definitely visit Kerala and witness the beauty of nature at its best.

കാടും കാട്ടാറും കാട്ടുവെള്ളച്ചാട്ടവും തുടങ്ങി പ്രകൃതിയൊരുക്കിയ അത്ഭുതങ്ങളുടെ കാഴ്‌ച തേടിയെത്തുന്ന സഞ്ചാരികളുടെ ഉല്ലാസകേന്ദ്രമാണ്‌ കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ തുഷാഗരിഗി. ഈരാറ്റ്‌ മുക്ക്‌, തുമ്പിതുള്ളുംപാറ, മഴവില്‍ച്ചാട്ടം എന്നീ 3 വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടങ്ങളും പഴക്കമേറിയ താന്നി മുത്തശ്ശിയുമാണ്‌ ഇവിടുത്തെ കാഴ്‌ചകള്‍. ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യയിലെ ഉയരം കൂടിയ ആര്‍ച്ച്‌ മോഡല്‍ പാലവും ഇവിടെയാണ്‌. രാവിലെ 8.30 മുതല്‍ 4മണി വരെയാണ്‌ പ്രവേശനം. 30രൂപയാണ് പ്രവേശന ഫീസ്.

Thusharagiri offers endless scope for trekking, rock climbing and wild life sanctuary visits. It is around 50 kilometres (31 mi) from Kozhikode. The nearest town Kodencherry is around 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from Thusharagiri. The other main towns situated here are Thiruvambady which is 18 km away and Thamarassery which is 17 km away. One has to purchase all necessary things for trekking from here.
