Welcome to our page. Thanks for checking us out!
Our second last stop during our 2.5 month tour of India! We came to the former hill station of McLeod Ganj in HP, India. McLeod Ganj is famous for being home to the Tibetan Government in Exile and home to the Famous Dalai Lama. Tibetan refuges found their refuge here after fleeing from Tibet. This town has become a haven for information and resistance by the Tibetan people and their supporters. Make sure to check out the Tibet Museum, a powerful look into Chinese Occupation. Try the food, popular with monks and travelers we ate way too many times at the Tibetan Kitchen. So head up the hill and check out this cool escape.

Life in Tibetan Mcleod Ganj in fast motion | Himachal Pradesh
Captured in fast motion the crowd and life in the town of McLeod Ganj is an attempt made to portray the simple yet busy life of the people out there.
McLeod Ganj is a suburb of Dharamsala, a market town in northern India, situated in the beautiful Himalayan Mountains. It's most well known for being the headquarters of the Tibetan government-in-exile and the residence of His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama. Not only is it shrouded with natural beauty, but it is veiled with a spirituality and peacefulness.

STORY OF YESHI DHODEN - MONK DOCTEUR INDIA- PART 1
HE CURES CANCER WITH HERBS in his « herbal clinic »
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
In 1959, he was one of the refugees who fled from Tibet. They were exiling themselves to India. Yeshi Dhonden went beyond the summits of the Himalayas in company with the Dalaï Lama. He was the Dalaï Lama's faithful doctor. The theocratic government of Tibet in exile found refuge in Dharamsala in the North of India, with political refugee status. The Tibetans brought along with them an extraordinary potential of knowledge in numerous fields such as astro-sciences, medicine, mathematics and pharmacopoeia.
They know the secrets of herbs and minerals and they develop cures in the shape of round pills which may contain as many as 147 elements from purified plants or minerals such as copper, gold, silver, ruby, diamond, emerald.
He does cure cancer. YESHI DHONDEN, the «monk-doctor » cures cancer thanks to treatments based on herbs, minerals, plants : ancestral pills of which he has the secret and age-old meticulous dosage of Tibetan pharmacopoeia. It is an alternative treatment that he prescribes in his famous « herbal clinic » at MCLEOGANJ in the North of India. The secret of his success lies on the combination of meditation, astro-science and his herbs.
People come from all over the world to consult him.
There exists no film on the Yeshi Dhonden phenomenon. All the requests of film shooting have been rejected, even those issued by the BBC.
