For this custom home, Joe’s Carpentry executed all design and construction responsibilities.
The home featured a modern layout, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 office. There was an open concept kitchen with custom cabinetry and fixtures by Carver Cabinetry. The kitchen opened into the living room, which featured a distinct accent wall.
There were unique flooring needs for different areas of the home. The bathrooms had tile floors, the bedrooms and basement had carpeting, and the rest of the house had hardwood floors.
Other parts of the home also called for special design elements. The home had a 2-car garage with woodgrain accents on both doors. The exterior of the home featured a combination of stone, brick, James Hardie board and batten siding, and shake siding. The driveway and walkway were both made of concrete. To add a wood accent to the home, we installed timber frames on the front porch. There was also a covered, pressure-treated deck on the back of the house.

FLAMING GOLF BALLS!!!
Thank you all so much for 300 subscribers!!! I love you all! Here is some footage of us golfing with fire! Flaming golf balls! That's right! We lit golf balls on fire! At one point the driver caught on fire as Hunter was swinging at the flaming golf ball. This was a stupid idea, but we were careful to make sure the fire was controlled and didn't burn anything else.
