ABOUT US:
We’re traveling full time, living on our own terms and showing you the up-close-and-personal details of us figuring it out along the way. Sometimes it’s about navigating big, life-altering decisions. Sometimes it’s about navigating the seemingly lawless free-for-all that is driving in Hanoi. It’s moments of triumph and moments of panic. The good, the bad, the ugly – and most importantly, the real and real funny.
We’re not here to tell you “how it’s done.” Just how we’ve done it. And that whatever it is that’s calling you - the way you’ll do it is much more attainable than it may seem. We believe the world’s a more interesting place when people reject convention in favor of what they actually care about. This is us putting that idea to the test – one budget spreadsheet, RV renovation and mountain-peak drone video at a time.

New Zealand Impressions
This is my first YouTube video. I am not a youtuber or something like this. I just like to have an amazing memory from my journeys, so I always have my camera with me. I do this for 3 years now and love it. Usually I keep all of my videos just for me and privat but I am very proud of this video from an unforgettable and special journey for me.
I was in New Zealand with my sister and two friends. We had just two weeks but tried to see as much as possible from this amazing country. I totally fell in love with New Zealand. We came to Auckland and celebrated Christmas there. Then we went to Waitomo. The next stop was Rotorua, Tauranga and Taupo. Back in Auckland we flew to Queenstown which is on the South Island. I’ve never started a year on the beach. But then we had to go back to the cold German winter. I hope you like the video as much as I do. I had on my bucket list “uploading a video on YouTube” and there we go. I am so grateful for travelling to such amazing places and making unforgettable memories.

Queenstown, Otago, New Zealand tour
Queenstown is a resort town in Otago in the south-west of New Zealand's South Island. In 2016, Queenstown overtook Oamaru to become the second largest urban area in Otago, behind Dunedin.
The town is built around an inlet called Queenstown Bay on Lake Wakatipu, a long thin Z-shaped lake formed by glacial processes, and has spectacular views of nearby mountains such as The Remarkables, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak and just above the town; Ben Lomond and Queenstown Hill.
The Queenstown-Lakes District has a land area of 8,704.97 square kilometres not counting its inland lakes. Its neighbouring towns include Arrowtown, Glenorchy, Kingston, Wanaka, Alexandra, and Cromwell. The nearest cities are Dunedin and Invercargill. Queenstown is known for its commerce-oriented tourism, especially adventure and ski tourism.
A resort town, Queenstown boasted 220 adventure tourism activities in 2012. Skiing and snowboarding, jet boating, whitewater rafting, bungy jumping, mountain biking, skateboarding, tramping, paragliding, sky diving and fly fishing are all popular.
Queenstown is a major centre for snow sports in New Zealand, with people from all over the country and many parts of the world travelling to ski at the four main mountain ski fields. Cross country skiing is also available at the Waiorau Snowfarm, near Cardrona village.
The 100-year-old twin screw coal fired steamer TSS Earnslaw traverses Lake Wakatipu.
Queenstown lies close to the centre of a small wine producing region, reputed to be the world's southernmost. The Two Paddocks vineyard is owned by local actor Sam Neill. Neighbouring, historic Arrowtown features restaurants and bars.

SUMMARY
=======
An Mw 6.2 earthquake occurred in Christchurch on 22 February 2011 at 12:51 p.m. local time (23:51 UTC, 21 February). The earthquake struck the Canterbury Region in New Zealand's South Island and was centred two kilometres (1.2 mi) west of the port town of Lyttelton, and 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of the centre of Christchurch, at the time New Zealand's second-most populous city. The earthquake caused widespread damage across Christchurch, killing 185 people in the nation's fifth-deadliest disaster.
Christchurch's central city and eastern suburbs were badly affected, with damage to buildings and infrastructure already weakened by the magnitude 7.1 Canterbury earthquake of 4 September 2010 and its aftershocks. Significant liquefaction affected the eastern suburbs, producing around 400,000 tonnes of silt. The earthquake was felt across the South Island and parts of the lower and central North Island. While the initial quake only lasted for approximately 10 seconds, the damage was severe because of the location and shallowness of the earthquake's focus in relation to Christchurch as well as previous quake damage. Subsequent population loss saw the Christchurch main urban area fall behind the Wellington equivalent to decrease from second to third most populous area in New Zealand.

紐西蘭自駕遊 New Zealand Roadtrip (14.05.2017 ~ 28.05.2017)
(Malaysia-Singapore-Chrischurch-Oamaru)
This Travel Log is about me depart to New Zealand to meet up Mia (Mia's Travel), who going to end her Working Holiday, to have a New Zealand South Island Roadtrip together.
New Zealand is a very good place to visit, with beautiful scenery and peoples. It is suitable for everyone to visit and who wish to temporary escape from the hustle and bustle city.
The journey took about 14 days. We rented a Campervan from Christchurch and travel half of the South Island and returned to Christchurch.
In the 14 days, we have experienced the Sunny, windy, cloudy and snowy day.The weather changes too fast here. Luckily, there was no unpleasant thing is happened on this trip.
Subsequently, I will share the New Zealand Journey through my Travel Log.
First Day-Departure (Malaysia-Singapore-Chrischurch-Oamaru)
For this trip, I am taking Singapore Airlines direct flight from Singapore
The flight ticket I bought included flight from Malaysia to Singapore and transit to Christchurch.
Once I arrived Christchurch Airport, me and Mia straight away going to pickup our Campervan with the Shutter Van provided by the Campervan Company.
After picked up our campervan, is time for us to shopping for our fresh food / vegetables for our subsequent meal for next few days trip.
We have choose our first stop at Oamaru due to the sun is fall after we shopping and drove about few hours to reach Oamaru. We have made our stop at Harbour Tourist Park. Luckily, we saw few penguins are trying to sneak to opposite road when no body around (we able to saw it when we are walk around the area).
This is the end of our First Day of the trip.

13 Best Experiences in New Zealand's South Island
13 Best Experiences in New Zealand's South Island according to Lonely Planet
13. The Catlins
12. Oamaru
11. Stewart Island
10. Skiing & Snowboarding
You're guaranteed to find decent South Island snow right through the winter season. The most famous slopes are around hip Queenstown and laidback Wanaka, with iconic ski runs such as Coronet Peak, the Remarkables and Treble Cone close at hand. There are also dedicated snowboarding and cross-country snow parks here.
9. Milford Sound
Milford Sound is a spectacular glacier-carved fiord in the Fiordland National Park on the west coast of New Zealand and isone of New Zealand's most well known scenic attractions. On display in the fiord is a spectacular combination of mountains, sheer cliffs, waterfalls and marine life. It is the best known of a series of fiords in the park, and the only one which is accessible by road.
8. TranzAlpine
In less then five hours the TranzAlpine crosses from the Pacific Ocean to the Tasman Sea. Leaving Christchurch it speeds across the Canterbury Plains to the foothills of the Southern Alps. After negotiating tunnels and viaducts, the train enters the broad expanse of the Waimakariri Valley. Then it's all downhill: through the Taramakau River Valley, past Lake Brunner, and finally into sleepy Greymouth.
7. Otago Peninsula
The Otago Peninsula is stunning proof there's more to the South Island's outdoor thrills than heart-stopping alpine and lake scenery. Amid a backdrop of coastal vistas combining rugged, hidden beaches with an expansive South Pacific horizon, it's very easy to spot penguins, seals and sea lions. Beyond the rare yellow-eyed penguin, or hoiho, other fascinating avian residents include the royal albatross.
6. Queenstown
What was once a small, remote, South Island town has transitioned, first to a busy ski destination, and now to a year round tourist mecca and centre for adventure tourism. It is a world famous destination attracting around 1.9 million visitors every year, undoubtedly the tourism capital of the South Island if not New Zealand, and a must-see stop for most visitors to New Zealand.
5. Central Otago
Here's your chance to balance virtue and vice, all with a background of some of NZ's most starkly beautiful landscapes. Take to two wheels to negotiate the easygoing Otago Central Rail Trail, cycling into heritage South Island towns such as Clyde and Naseby. Tuck into well-earned beers in laidback country pubs, or linger for a classy lunch in the vineyard restaurants of Bannockburn.
4. Franz Josef Glacier
The 11 km long Franz Josef Glacier is one of New Zealand's most spectacular natural attractions, a remnant from the Ice Age which is one of South Westland's major drawcards for visitors. The recent spectacular ice retreat at the Franz Josef Glacier has surprised even the experts and shocked local businesspeople who thought the formerly impressive ice river would be a reliable cash-cow for years to come.
3. Akaroa & Banks Peninsula
Akaroa is a charming town on Banks Peninsula in Canterbury. It is the only French settlement in New Zealand. Akaroa's harbour is home to an array of wildlife, most notably the rare Hector's dolphin. Cruises and dolphin swimming are popular attractions. A popular drive is to Pohatu Marine Reserve, centered on nearby Flea Bay.
2. Kaikoura
Kaikoura is a small coastal town on the east coast, about 180 km north of Christchurch. It is famed for its marine mammals (whales, dolphins, seals) and other sea-life, all of which you can see, some of which you can swim with, and some you can eat. In Maori, kai means eat and koura is crayfish' (rock lobster). So Kaikoura is a place to eat crayfish!
1. Abel Tasman National Park
Here's New Zealand nature at its most glorious and seductive: lush green hills fringed with golden sandy coves, slipping gently into warm shallows before meeting a crystal-clear sea of cerulean blue. Abel Tasman National Park is the quintessential postcard paradise, where you can put yourself in the picture, assuming an endless number of poses: tramping, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, or even makin' whoopee in the woods.

7 Days In New Zealand In 4K Ultra HD
Stepping off the plane, I was travelling a 7 days trip in the exhilarating scenery of South Island of New Zealand. A place where the air was fresh and sharp to breathe. The trip was planned a year ago and aimed to explore the nature, adventure & wildlife experience. Luckily, I had enjoyed the most beautiful sunny days during the trip but sadly, there was shooting attacks at mosques in Christchurch after I left. God bless this beautiful place in the world.

New Zealand Road Trip - A Travel Love Story
It makes us emotional every time we watch this video. Behind every shot is a story to tell, a good memory of that magical year. We spent one year backpacking in New Zealand on a Working Holiday Visa and we found ourselves not wanting to leave. After tons of awesome adventures with friends the trip came to an end. This video was finished a year ago and only today we found the courage to publish it.
This is for everyone who made our year in New Zealand so memorable and all you Kiwis that welcomed us in your beautiful country. You all hold a very special place in our hearts.
In our vlogs series coming up we go back to New Zealand for a two week during road trip on the South Island. But this time with new camera equipment like our drone and Sony A6500. So, stay tuned!

Auckland To Bluff & Back Again | Travel Vlog - New Zealand♡
Hey guys! So the boyfriend and I went away on a road trip of the South Island of New Zealand and it was literally the trip of a lifetime. I've travelled to many different countries over the years, but there's nothing like seeing your own country and experiencing the beauty of home.
Along the way we stopped in Wanganui before arriving in Wellington where we took the InterIslander ferry over to Picton. From there we travelled on over to Nelson, than right up to the stunning Abel Tasman National Park before endeavouring down the stunning and iconic West Coast. We took in the views of Lake Wanaka and Queenstown, found a home in Te Anau and were in awe of the majestic heaven-like wonderland that is Milford Sounds. After that, we travelled back up the East Coast where we dragged our feet up the World's Tallest Residential Street, travelled back in time in Oamaru and payed homage to the 120 White Chairs of Christchurch. At last we immersed ourselves in the healing waters of Hamner Springs, before taking the Ferry back to Wellington and making the admittedly doleful trip back up to Auckland.
We hope you enjoy this wee video and if you've considered travelling to and around New Zealand, we highly recommend.
I hope you enjoyed this video, and maybe come back for future videos featuring yours truly. It would be awesome if you subscribed, its free and helps me out a lot! Thank you lovelies, I really appreciate all of your support xxx ♡
