The highlight of our trip to Salzburg.
Very easy to reach by bus; from Salzburg bus station and then a bus up to Bad Durrnberg.
We arrived early...no line at all. We were able to drive slow and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. It was Incridible :)

Keltenblitz Toboggan Austria

Located just a few kilometres from the city of Salzburg, the Celtic Lightning is the longest summer toboggan run in the Province of Salzburg. Ride 2200m from the mountain station of the cable car to the valley. The Zinkenkogel Mountain in Hallein – Bad Duerrnberg offers visitors great 360º views from the Untersberg to the Dachstein Mountains.

Sommerrodelbahn Keltenblitz in Dürrnberg, Austria

This is the summer sledding track in Dürrnberg, Austria (not far from Salzburg). It's 2.2km long, drops 500m in elevation, and you can reach speeds of up to 40km/h. Costs about 9 euros. Good fun.
