Last Chance to ride Dirt Bikes at East Fort Rock OHV in 2019 near Bend Oregon
Each year, a bunch of us local Adventure riders meetup at East Fort Rock in early November. The meetup is a bit of gamble this time of year as East Fort Rock gets snowed in most years. But we lucked out and had some great weather and riding conditions. A few of us met up at Santiam Pass OHV area the night before to get ride that area before it closes as well.
I hope you enjoy the video, if so, please leave a comment and subscribe.
Thanks,

Subaru-Adventures [FULL FILM] Sasquatching - Sisters, Oregon - Broken Top Mountain
On September 20, 2015, Gregg, Jason and I set forth in driving to this beautiful region in the Deschutes National Forest in Oregon State.
Just 20 miles west of Bend, Oregon; the three of us aired down to 22psi for a detour off Hwy 22 on the Old Santiam Wagon Road (Big Lake Rd. NF500) to set up camp just outside Sisters at “Army Man Camp”.
In summer and early fall, the Broken Top Trail is accessible closest to the mountain crater via a Todd lake and up Road 370.
The seasonally open Road 370, which forms part of the wilderness area’s eastern border, is one of the most rugged in the state, but not for our Subarus and Jason’s Kia Sport. Not to mention my friend Matt’s stock 90’ Subaru Legacy wagon even made it to the trail head of Broken top! In only a few hours we were at the trail head to Lost Lake. By coincidence we crossed paths with Matt who has been a friend I haven’t seen for years!
When hiking to the peak near Lost Lake, presents an awe-inspiring panorama that encompasses seemingly all of Central Oregon, including the Three Sisters, Mount Adams to the North, and the peaks that circle Waldo Lake to the South. Breathtaking!
It was a delight trailing with Gregg who has been exploring the areas since the 80s with a large amount of knowledge in trekking. I look forward to more exploring if time and funding permit.
I am planning to make it to the Colorado Rockies Spring of 2016 during the Overland Rally Expo WEST held in Flagstaff, Arizona May 20-22, 2016.
Colorado is one of the most picturesque and highest mountains in the Continental United States and during May 2016 should be a great time during the cherry blossoms blooming and snow caps melting.
With its higher altitudes and similar characteristics to the Swiss Alps will give the EJ22 powered Subaru a test for its higher altitude abilities. The trip will be a challenge amongst traveling light in testing endurance, cold weather, and atmospheric denser air and allowing more incredible footage of different sceneries.
Thank you in advance for all your support,
Bryan & Gregg
Lake Odell in Deschutes National Forest
Lake Odell is located near Willamette Pass in the northwest corner of Klamath County, Oregon, United States. It is one of several lakes in the Cascade Range in central Oregon, and lies within the Deschutes National Forest. Lake Odell is 3562 acres, 6 miles long and 1 1/2 miles wide, and reaches a depth of 282 ft. It fills a basin carved by a glacier, and the resulting terminal moraine confines the water along the lake's southeast shore. Lake Odell also offers beautiful campsites tucked away in thick forests and some excellent wind surfing. Boats are the most effective way to fish this lake but be aware of afternoon winds; the lake can get dangerously rough. It was named for William Holman Odell by B. J. Pengra in July 1865 while they were making a preliminary survey for the Oregon Central Military Road, which would later become Oregon Route 58.
2017 MRC Hosefest - 1st Overall
Happy Hosefest! One of my favorite local matches of the year. No no-shoots, no partials, and one all steel stage! This was my first time shooting it with a PCC instead of an Open gun. While the extra capacity was nice, the minor scoring can catch up quick when there are 40+ targets per stage. Great fun with great people!

Bend Oregon - A Great Place to Grow Up
I grew up in Central Oregon. It was fantastic! Outdoors, snow, mountain bikes, rivers, lakes, and so and and so on. The people that live there are in their own little world. That can be good and bad. Either way, as a kid it was nothing shy of fantastic.

East Lake
East Lake is one of the twin lakes that occupy part of the Newberry Crater or caldera in Central Oregon, United States. It is located in the Deschutes National Forest near the city of La Pine. The caldera was formed over 500,000 years ago from volcanic eruptions. East Lake's water comes from snow melt, rain fall, and hot springs only. The average depth is 67 feet (20 m), 180 feet at the deepest point, and covers 1,044 acres (4.22 km2). East Lake is about 50 feet (15 m) higher in elevation and is to the east of its twin, Paulina Lake.East Lake has two main camping grounds along the lake shore as well as East Lake Resort. The resort has cabins and boats for rent as well as a general store. The lake offers fishing for brown trout and rainbow trout. The lake is stocked with sockeye salmon (Kokanee) and Atlantic salmon.

Todd captures Oregon’s south central high country for some spring creek action on the Yamsi Ranch. The Yamsi Ranch is a third-generation working cattle ranch located at the headwaters of the Williamson River near Chiloquin, Oregon. John Hyde works on the family owned cattle ranch, and he guides anglers on the brook and rainbow trout-filled headwaters of the Williamson River. This video captures Hyde’s unique lifestyle here, off the grid and running on solar power and personal generators. This area is one of the most beautiful and special places I’ve been able to film, and I was lucky to catch a brilliant sunset that quickly became one of many highlights of my trip. Thanks so much to John Hyde and his family for sharing the waters with me and my camera.
For this feature I was incredibly lucky to get in touch with the Portland, Oregon based musician Tony Furtado. Special thanks to him for the amazing sounds that he creates and for the tracks featured off of his latest album The Bell. You can purchase his music digitally at and follow him here on Facebook -

North Sonoran Desert - RZRXP1K4
This is a run from the 8001B campsite back to the main trail. The GoPro was mounted on the front push bar and gives a good view of the trails within the North Sonoran Desert National Monument. These trails are clean and smooth, they do a great job maintaining the area here. The foothills here are very scenic and quiet.
