Tokiwa Park, is a garden within the busy Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, a true oasis with two ponds full of cheerful wood ducks and many established trees, the most prominent being the beautiful willows. These willows trees create a very relaxed atmosphere as an escape from the hustle and bustle just a few steps away.
