Tomb of Sennedjem at Luxor (مقبرة سن نجم)
Sennedjem lived during the 19th Dynasty, under the reign of Pharaoh Sethy I, and the first years of Ramesses II. He was probably buried in the chamber of his tomb TT1 around year 11 of the reign of Ramesses. Sennedjem carried the simple title of servant in the place of truth. The place of truth designates the Theban royal necropolis. All workers of Deir el-Medina taking care of the royal tombs carry this title. The tomb of Sennedjem can be considered as a collective, because at least three generations of the same family were united in the same chamber.
The Tombs Of Sennedjem & Pashedu
Some of the most artistic tombs in Egypt come from the important construction workers who built the tombs in The Valley of the Kings. Maybe two of the foreman or leaders of those workers, Sennedjem and Pashedu were allowed to build their own special tombs. Though not rich in artifacts, these two tombs were rich with ancient art, symbolism and text.

John Gardner Wilkinson numbered the tombs (1-21) in 1821. He entered the Valley of the Kings from the north-eastern end and called the first tomb that he encountered 'KV1'. The second tomb became 'KV2' and so on. Other tombs were added to the list as they were discovered, which is why KV46 is between KV3 and KV4 even though KV46 was created first. The information used to make this video came from a variety of sources, mostly the Theban Mapping Project. which seems to have closed its website.
