Sunset over Lough Leane, Killarney
Lough Leane is the largest of Killarney's lakes. Situated in the south west of Ireland the area has been a copper mining area for over 4,000 years - since the early Bronze Age.
Today it's used by rowers, anglers fishing for brown trout and salmon as well as wildlife such as swans and ducks.
Of course it is a scenic location for photography, the tower house Ross Castle is one of the most photographed in Ireland and it looks great after sunset.
See for more.

Our boat's captain was incredibly knowledgeable about the island, lake, and the area so 3/4ths of the way there I turned on this video to capture the scenery and some of his narration.
