EXPLORE MEXICO: Torre Latino Observation Deck - Mexico City
On the 42nd floor of Torre Latino Tower in the main central area of Mexico City is an observation deck. There you will have a 360 degree panoramic view of the city.
I believe this is a great starting point for a Mexico City tour. Included in the cost of your entrance fee ($120 MX / about $6.50 USD per person) is a great map of the city from a birds-eye view.
From this Sky-Box, you can map out where all the places are that you would like to visit.
Open everyday, 9am - 10pm
