Ze všeho nejvíc mě baví vzít batoh a prostě vyrazit někam, kde to neznám! ????➡????

Visit Sauðárkrókur / Sightseeing / Heimsækið Sauðárkrók (720pHD)
Want to visit the real Iceland ? Sauðárkrókur is a town of around 3000 habitans and it is located in the North of Iceland, We took a tour around this beautiful town in the summer of 2012.
An article was written about the town in Reykjavik Grapevine. In Iceland's case, there are few places in the country—especially during summer—where you will find isolated, unspoiled pockets that tourists haven't extensively covered. Even in far-flung Breiðavík. That said, there are varying degrees of touristy-ness, and Sauðárkrókur is a very untouristy place to see (like most places situated far off from Route 1 that aren't the Golden Circle). What we discovered was a typical Icelandic country village sitting right on the water, one main street through the centre of town flanked by old houses and small businesses, light traffic, and surrounded on all sides by vast swaths of wilderness.
.
The town has a sport team named Tindastoll - Here you can see their site:

Hofsós - IJsland / Iceland 08-08-2011
Hofsós is one of the oldest trading ports in northern Iceland dating back to the 16th century.
Hofsós, with a population of about 200 individuals, is located 37 km east from Sauðárkrókur.
The economy has been based mainly on the fishing industry as well as services to the neighboring farms. This was largely due to its natural harbor. In recent years Hofsós has built itself up as a tourist attraction and has The Icelandic Emigration Center (Vesturfarasetrið á Hofsósi), dedicated to the westward migration to North America of Icelanders that reached its peak at the turn of the 19th century. The Drangey Exhibition is in Pakkhús, the Hofsós warehouse built in 1777, during the time of the trading monopoly. Massacre hill farm (Mannskaðaholl) at the south end of Lake Höfðavatn, is named for the massacre of English marauders, which took place there in 1431.

Vatnsdælur Tapestry, in Blönduós, Iceland.
A 46m (150ft) long community embroidery project, based on the local saga. Created and facilitated by Jóhanna Pálmadóttir in Blönduós, northern Iceland.
Vatnsdæla saga is the family saga of the people of Hof and takes place through the 9th to 11th century. The story tells of fate, love, and honor, as well as struggle against dangerous enemies. The main settings stretch from Norway to Vatndalur in Iceland and the surrounding district. It is believed that the saga was written ca 1270.
Come visit the Icelandic Textile centre to learn about the sagas and to make your own contribution to this unique work of art.

Travel Vlog: Exploring the city of Reykjavik in Iceland
It’s me! Matt Stone. Join me as I travel to the land of fire and ice for my honeymoon.
It’s our second day in Iceland and today we spent some time exploring the capital Reykjavik (Apologies to native Icelanders, I still cannot pronounce it properly). We discover just how cold and windy Iceland can be in the winter and take some time sheltering in the Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre before heading up to see the magnificent church known as Hallgrímskirkja.
After a slippery trek across the city we decided to drive up to the Perlan (means Pearl in English) to enjoy some 360 degree views of Reykjavik from the top of a hot water storage facility that is pumped beneath the city’s pavements to keep them free of ice, it also happens to house one of the top rated revolving restaurants in the world!
Don’t forget to subscribe to my channel and also follow me on social media for more interesting content:

Hverarond, Iceland geotermal volcanic area - Drone fly over
Hverarond in the geothermal peninsula at Mývatn, north Iceland is one of the largest sulfur spring areas in Iceland.
From there, a short trail lies up the mountain. To the Namaskard pass, and from there the trail leads down to the highway and back. Extreme caution must be taken in the high temperature area, as the soil may give.

Iceland adventure: a unique tour of Iceland - fun and unforgettable
In February 2016 we put on our thermals and headed off to the land of ice, it embraced us in its cold arms and we found a country with the warmest people, hearty food and incredible sights!
In just 7 days we managed to pack in a lot, it's so easy to book tours (the country is set up for tourists and they do it very well) there are many good restaurants, the northern lights of course, and loads of cold and invigorating fresh air.
Although we spent a lot of time in coaches visiting waterfalls, beaches, glaciers, volcanoes and lakes, it didn't feel long or tiring, you just had to look out of the window and marvel at the unbelievable scenery that passed by.
You must bring a camera and if you can and a tripod to capture what's on offer. If you're lucky enough to see the northern lights (we managed to see them twice!) to photograph them you'll need a tripod and a lot of patience, remember at night it's COLD so wrap up and bring hand warmers!! And please find out how to work your camera before you get there, it's hard in the dark to fiddle around with settings.
So when you arrive getting from the airport to the city is so easy, we look a bus, get yourself to the tour office have a look at the various packages and book a few as they fill up quite quickly.
Banks in Iceland only exchange certain currencies so if you have Hong Kong Kong Dollars forget it, we managed to pay for everything on credit card but take my advice and change more Icelandic Krona than you need, eating out is expensive, as are the tours.
We decided not to stay at a hotel but went for Airbnb and picked an excellent apartment that was just 5 minutes walk from the city centre,
Would definitely stay there again!
In winter months remember to bring lots of warm layers, we changed the number of layers we wore according to the tour we were taking. A hat and gloves are essential, as are a good pair of shoes that you can hike in. I also brought along thermals that I used on many days.
If you're considering a trip to Iceland I say just go for it, we had an incredible trip and lots of wonderful memories. I would like to go back in the summer months so I can see the change in landscape.
Hope you enjoy our video! If you have anymore questions do let me know and I'll do my best to get back to you...
