Built in 2005, the complex is made up of a mix of apartments and retail locations.

Magdeburg is the capital of the German state Sachsen-Anhalt. It's very old and beautiful city that goes back to around the year 805 AD. The music is by a famous composer from Magdeburg (that's what is says online) Georg Philipp Telemann. Here is a link to more info about Magdeburg.
