The first 400GT, commonly referred to as simply the 400GT or 400GT Interim, was essentially the older 350GT featuring an enlarged, 3929 cc (240 c.i.) V12 engine, with a power output of 320 bhp (239 kW). Twenty-three of these cars were built, with three featuring aluminium bodywork.
The second 400GT, commonly known as the 400GT 2+2, had a different roofline, and minor sheetmetal changes compared to the 350GT and first 400GT. It was first presented at the 1966 Geneva Auto Show. The larger body shape enabled the +2 seating to be installed in the rear, where the 350GT only had room for luggage or +1 seating. The bodywork was designed by Carrozzeria Touring. The 400GT 2+2 also had a Lamborghini designed gearbox, with Porsche style synchromesh on all gears, which greatly improved the drivetrain.
A total of 23 units of 400GT Interim and 224 units of the 400GT 2+2 were built from 1966 to 1968, when it was replaced with the Islero.
A special, one-off version called the 400GT Monza was built by Neri and Bonacini, who had previously worked on the 350GT.
The 400GT 2+2 shared the same wheelbase as the 400GT Interim and the 350GT. All were 2.55 Meters.

The Willys CJ-3B replaced the CJ-3A in 1953, the same year Willys was sold to Kaiser. Kaiser removed Overland from the subcompany name. CJ-3B introduced a higher grille and hood to clear the new Willys Hurricane engine. A four-speed manual transmission became optional in 1963, at an extra cost of $194.[4] The turning radius was 17 feet 6 inches. The CJ-3B was produced until 1968 with a total of about 196,000 produced, although the design was also licensed to a number of international manufacturers, including Mitsubishi of Japan and Mahindra of India. Mitsubishi's version was built from 1953 until 1998, while Mahindra continued to produce vehicles based on the Willys CJ-3B until October 1, 2010. The CJ-3B was also built by Türk Willys Overland. It was the first vehicle plant to be opened in Turkey, in 1954.
The M606 is a militarized version of the Jeep CJ-3B.

One of the most desirable collector models is the 356 Speedster, introduced in late 1954 after Max Hoffman, the sole US importer of Porsches, advised the company that a lower-cost, somewhat spartan open-top version could sell well in the American market. With its low, raked windscreen (which could be removed for weekend racing), bucket seats and minimal folding top, the Speedster was an instant hit, especially in Southern California. Production of the Speedster peaked at 1,171 cars in 1957 and then started to decline. It was replaced in late 1958 by the Convertible D model. It featured a taller, more practical windshield (allowing improved headroom with the top erected), roll-up glass side-windows and more comfortable seats. The following year the 356B Roadster convertible replaced the D model but the sports car market's love affair with top-down motoring was fading; soft-top 356 model sales declined significantly in the early 1960s. Today these early four-cylinder models are highly coveted by collectors and enthusiasts worldwide.

The Citroën DS is an automobile which was manufactured and marketed by the French company Citroën from 1955 to 1975. Styled by Italian sculptor and industrial designer Flaminio Bertoni and the French aeronautical engineer André Lefèbvre, the DS was known for its aerodynamic futuristic body design and innovative technology, including a hydropneumatic self-levelling suspension.
The DS advanced achievable standards in automobile ride quality, handling, and braking.[4] [5] Citroën sold nearly 1.5 million D-series during the model's 20-year production run. The DS came in third in the 1999 Car of the Century competition, recognizing the world's most influential auto designs, and was named the most beautiful car of all time by Classic & Sports Car magazine.

The Ferrari Testarossa is a 12-cylinder mid-engine sports car manufactured by Ferrari, which went into production in 1984 as the successor to the Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer. The Pininfarina-designed car was originally produced from 1984 to 1991, with two model revisions following the ending of Testarossa production and the introduction of the 512 TR and F512 M which were produced from 1992 to 1996. Almost 10,000 Testarossas, 512 TRs, and F512 Ms were produced, making it one of the most-produced Ferrari models, despite its high price and exotic design.[2][3] In 1995, the F512 M retailed for $220,000.[4] Testarossa means redhead in Italian.
The Testarossa is a two-door coupe with a fixed roof that premiered at the 1984 Paris Auto Show.[5] All versions of the Testarossa had the power fed through the wheels from a rear-mounted, five-speed manual transmission. The Rear mid-engine, rear-wheel drive layout (engine between the axles but behind the cabin) keeps the centre of gravity in the middle of the car, which increases stability and improves the car's cornering ability, and thus results in a standing weight distribution of 40% front: 60% rear.[2] The original Testarossa was re-engineered for 1992 and released as the 512 TR, at the Los Angeles Auto Show, effectively as a completely new car,[3] and an improved weight distribution of 41% front: 59% rear.[6] The F512 M was introduced at the 1994 Paris Auto Show.[3] The car dropped the TR initials and added the M which in Italian stood for modificata, or translated to modified, and was the final version of the Testarossa, and continued its predecessor's weight distribution improvement of 42% front: 58% rear. The F512 M was Ferrari's last mid-engine 12-cylinder car, apart from the F50 and Ferrari Enzo, featuring the company's last flat engine. The Testarossa was replaced in 1996 by the front-engined 550 Maranello coupe.
The vehicle should not be confused with the Ferrari TR Testa Rossa of the late 1950s and early 1960s, which were GT sports cars that ran in the World Sportscar Championship, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Jac Boiten - IVA Driebergen
Jac Boiten, a well-known entrepreneur from Groningen sowed the seeds of what would later would be a very successful career and business in 1953 at the IVA Business School in Driebergen.
Jac Boiten was born and raised in Muntendam (Province of Groningen) and had a tough childhood and a difficult youth. His mother died at the age of 49 in 1951, when Jac was 16 years of age. His younger brother Reinhard Boiten died in front of Jac’s eyes in a traffic accident on 26 June 1947 while they both were cycling to the swimming pool in Veendam when a truck ran over Reinhard. Two years prior to that, on 08 June 1945 just after the end of the Second World War, Jac's father Jelis Boiten died. In addition to these tragedies, Jac also dealt with a serious ear infection which resulted in the loss of hearing in one ear, which would affect him for the rest of his life.
When Jac finished his education at the Christelijke MULO in Veendam, he had no idea of what to do or where to go. His sister Rena Boiten’s husband Albert Bosma had read an article about the “Instituut voor den Autohandel” in Driebergen and suggested that Jac might want to apply for entry. The money that Jac inherited from this mother helped him finance his studies.
In the video we see the picture of the founder of IVA Driebergen, Mr Geerlig Riemer born in Arnhem on 27 June 1889 and died on 01 December 1992. On 21 November 1912 Geerlig Riemer married Johanna Wilhelmina Hoffman in Ermelo. She died on 10 October 1947. They had one daughter – Johanna Wilhelmina Riemer – who was born on 29 August 1919. She married J. Voogd on 25 March 1941.
In the same year that Jac Boiten started his education at IVA in Driebergen, Mr Geerlig Riemer started the first Dutch automobile museum in Driebergen. This video shows NTS footage of a broadcast on Dutch TV in 1953, of the restoration and maintenance on a Spyker vehicle.
The video then continues with images of an excursion of IVA students to Paris in May 1954.
Jac Boiten and Geerlig Riemer developed a warm relationship in the years after Jac Boiten graduated from the IVA Instituut. It was akin to a father-son relationship which Jac had not had much time to experience with his own father. Geerlig Riemer – as he had with other students as well – closely followed Jac’s career after graduation and always showed a genuine interest in Jac’s achievements.
In April 1979 when Geerlig Riemer almost 90 years old, he took the train from Driebergen to Groningen to see Jac Boiten who was celebrating the opening of his newly-extended office at Jac Boiten B.V. at Duinkerkenstraat 44 in Groningen. Even during the last years of his life, Mr Geerlig Riemer enjoyed hearing about the entrepreneurial work of Jac Boiten. He even wrote an article in the IVA magazine “Vriendenregister” about Jac Boiten’s acquisition of a robotics company Kaufeldt Inter B.V. in Drachten.
Up to the last years of Geerlig Riemer’s life, he continued to enjoy a close friendship with Jac Boiten and frequently exchanged letters.
In the last seconds of the video we see Geerlig Riemer himself – stepping onto on old car and demonstrating the car horn. The footage is from 1953.
