Cleveland 'House of Horrors' Victim Michelle Knight Reveals She's Married
Michelle Knight is married! The 36-year-old told Dr. Phil that she wed a man named Miguel. Knight was kidnapped in 2002 and held captive by Ariel Castro in an Ohio house of horrors for more than a decade. She, along with Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus, was able to escape the Cleveland home in 2013. InsideEdition.com's Leigh Scheps ( has more. More from Inside Edition:
Drug induced Zombie walk, Charlton St. Worcester, Mass. USA
Description: I happened upon this girl while walking the dog I am taking care of for a tenant that is in jail on a Domestic Assault charge. Sadly, this is not an unusual sight on our public ways in these days of rampant drug use and abuse. My area of concern, the 700 Block of Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts became infested with drug users and abusers because the only wet homeless shelter used to be located right next to the property that I manage.
They finally moved the shelter last May, but the neighborhood had become a known place to score the drug of your choice during the time the shelter was located here. It still has that reputation in some circles.
I have been bringing attention to the situation through this video series, and have installed an 8 Channel Surveillance system that videos the entire area 24/7. It records everything for 2500 hours, which is a long time.
I made sure to post what my cameras see on You Tube and social media has made a positive impact, it seems like no one wants to be featured on the next video, and they have for the most part moved on to stay out of the spotlight.
There are still some stragglers, here is one of them. Enjoy the video, I think it shows that we need as a society to get people that are obviously addicted into treatment and recovery programs.

Footage of the Blizzard of 1978
Home movie footage from the Lovell archive. Filmed on 8 mm Bell and Howell, wind up camera. The camera tended to slow down in cold temps, hence playback could be faster( the dog scene). A bonus is my late friend Jim Cendrowski was in the film. Transferred to VHS tape in 1994, Transferred to computer and Youtube in 2018. Posted a little after the 40th anniversary of the 1978 Blizzard.

THE SKY MIGHT FALL.....ORNOT.....DIMENSION SEARCHING....
(Yawn)
Listen Good
I don't have nobody
But what I might feel are the sounds of sanity
Hoping what I hear, loops itself continuously
Then I wont be afraid
No No
Oh woah woah woah
Why must it feel so wrong when I try and do right, do right
Oh woah woah woah
Soaring through paradise when I'm closing my eyes
I'm, Mr. Solo Dolo
Oh Oh Oh
Oh Oh
Look at me
You tell me
Just what you see
Am I, someone whom, you may love, or enemy
Am I speakin' for, you and yours, or someone else
I need some answers
Yeah Yeah
Oh woah woah woah
Why must it feel so wrong when I try and do right, do right
Oh woah woah woah
Soaring through paradise when I'm closing my eyes
I'm, Mr. Solo Dolo
Oh Oh Oh
Oh Oh
My world turns
Flippin' the bird
To the ones who figure, me
Outkast no not the duo
Back at Shaker heights
When they knew
Though little brother was a strange one
Boo hoo
Cry me a river
Hey the look who
Try without an igloo
Cold cold world wasn't fit for me at, all
Look at where I stand at
Tall, Cutcha' my kid cudi bisohs
Mute mutha' fucka' back home
Quick pause
Gargle on my mayo
Look at me I bet I'm the one you think the feo
Floatin in my mind
No Sail
Ahoy
Ahoy
Listen Good
I don't need nobody
This is what you feel are the sounds of insanity
Hopin what I hear loops itself to finish me
No I wont be afraid
Hey Hey
Oh woh woah woah
Why must it feel so wrong when I try and do right, do right
Oh woah woah woah
Soaring through paradise when I'm closing my eyes
I'm, Mr. Solo Dolo
Why must it feel so right when i know that its wrong, its wrong
When will I ever learn from the words in my songs
I'm, Mr. Solo Dolo.
Collinwood School Fire
The camera first peers into the smoldering building from the rear (west) entrance, where most of the children perished. In the basement can be seen the wreckage of the heating system and other debris. A man comes into view and can be seen walking around the debris. The camera then makes a second sweep over the disaster scene. Straight ahead, looking east, one can see a building across Collamer (East 152nd) Street through the front entrance. The next scene shows the view from the front door looking west to the rear door. Men can be seen standing in the smoky haze, peering into the wreckage. The iron beam that supported the front stairs is in the foreground. The fire started below this beam and it can be seen to be badly charred.
The Collinwood School Fire film was shot as the fire smoldered by twenty-three-year-old William Hubern Bullock, a moving picture operator at the American Amusement Company (716 Superior Avenue, N.E., Cleveland), who had rushed to the scene of the fire on a streetcar with his motion picture equipment. A week later he was showing the film in the American Theatre until Cleveland Police Chief Fred Kohler, responding to public indignation, invited him to cease and desist. The film was discovered in the archives of the Motion Picture, Broadcasting and Recorded Sound division of the Library of Congress in 2008. It is believed that recently discovered footage represents only a portion of what was originally filmed. William H. Bullock was born September 13, 1885, in Patterson, New Jersey, the son of Edith Ayers Bullock and Sam Bullock, both immigrants from England. He died June 23, 1949, at his home at 15610 Pythias Avenue, in the Collinwood neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. He was married to Josephine Bullock (Ca. 1892 - 2 May 1974). They had no children. Bullock was involved in the motion picture business his entire life. He was a projectionist at the Palace Theatre in Cleveland at the time of his death. He was buried at Lake View Cemetery, Cleveland.
On March 4, 1908, 172 children, two teachers and one neighborhood resident were killed as they attempted to flee Lake View School after a fire started in a closet below the front stairs. Lake View School was located on Collamer Street (now east 152nd Street) in the village of Collinwood, Ohio, U.S.A. Collinwood was annexed to Cleveland in 1910 and is now a neighborhood in Cleveland. The present-day address of the site is 410 East 152nd Street. The Collinwood School Fire remains the worst school building fire in U.S. history. A century-old myth holds that the students at Collinwood died because they were trapped behind doors that opened inward. This was quickly proven to be false, but the myth gained traction and is repeated to this day. It was the narrowness of the exit stairs and inner vestibule doorway, combined with the panic of the children as they rushed to escape, that led to their entrapment. The cause of the fire was never determined with absolute certainty. The conclusion of the Coroner's Inquest was that a steam pipe that was in direct contact with a wooden floor joist heated the joist to kindling temperature and caused it to ignite. A new school -- named Memorial School -- was built on the adjacent property in 1909-10, designed by Frank Barnum. Old Memorial School was demolished in 2004 and a new Memorial School, designed by Moody Nolan, was built in 2005. A Memorial Garden was constructed on the site of the fire in 1917, designed by Louise Klein Miller, Curator of School Gardens and Grounds for the Cleveland Public Schools. In 1993, a smaller garden, designed by Behnke Associates, replaced what little remained of the original 1917 garden.
The short film of the Cleveland Fire Department displaying its fire equipment was filmed in 1900 at Fire Department Headquarters (located on St. Clair Avenue on the current site of the Justice Center) by pioneering American cameraman G.W. Billy Bitzer (1872-1944). Best known as D. W. Griffith's cameraman, Bitzer worked for the American Mutoscope and Biograph Company from its founding in the 1890s and later filmed Griffith's Birth of a Nation, one of the most influential and controversial films in the history of American cinema. This film was also discovered in the archives of the Library of Congress. Text prepared by the History & Geography Department of the Cleveland Public Library (Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A.).

Shocking video shows brazen shooting in broad daylight in Fairfield
Warning: graphic content:
A 28-year-old man gunned down at a Fairfield gas station in March was apparently killed in a dispute over an engagement ring, and the brutal shooting was captured on store surveillance video.
Adarius Elon Williams, a father of four who celebrated a birthday the day before he was killed, died April 8 in the parking lot of the Citgo station on Milstead Road. Vincent Washington, 25, and Barbara Washington, 31, are charged with murder in Williams’ death. Additionally, Vincent Washington is charged with first-degree kidnapping because the woman who drove him to the gas station said she wanted to leave, and he threatened her with her life.
The Washington siblings, who lost their own sister to murder last year, are set to be in court this afternoon for their preliminary hearings. AL.com has obtained the store surveillance video of the killing, which shows a man with a towel wrapped around his head – identified by police as Vincent Washington – shoot Williams multiple times, nine of those shots fired almost point-blank after while Williams had already collapsed on the ground. Police have said Williams was not armed. According to police and court records, the brother and sister told a friend of Barbara Washington they would buy her gas if she drove them to the Citgo station that day. They were going to meet Williams because he wanted the engagement ring back that he had given to Barbara Washington. Williams’ fiancé at the time of his death was also with him at the gas station the day he was killed.
The friend drove them to the service station, but told police she didn’t know what was going to happen. Once they arrived there, Vincent Washington got out of the car with a towel wrapped around his head. When the friend realized something was amiss, she said she wanted to leave. At that point, according to court records, Vincent Washington told her, “(Expletive), if you drive off I’ll shoot you in the back of the head.”
The friend said she was afraid, and did what she was told to do. The video shows Washington and Williams arguing outside of the vehicle for about 12 seconds, and then Washington opens fire on Williams. Williams fell to the ground on his back, and Washington stood over him and fired nine more shots.
Witnesses on the scene gave a description of a white Nissan Altima leaving the area. They said the vehicle was occupied by two females and a male. A short time later, Bessemer police said, a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the stomach and the hand showed up at UAB West, and a white vehicle reportedly had brought him there.
Authorities confirmed that man – later identified as Vincent Washington - at the hospital was involved in the Fairfield shooting. About 8 p.m., Fairfield police spotted the white Altima and stopped the vehicle. Barbara Washington and another woman were taken into custody. The second woman wasn’t charged.
After the shooting, according to court records, Barbara Washington took the gun used in the slaying to a friend’s house to hide it.
At some point during the incident, Vincent Washington was also shot by someone trying to help Williams. Police have never said who shot the suspect. He spent several days in the hospital before he was released and booked into the Jefferson County Jail. Both of the siblings have remained jailed since then with bond set at $60,000.
Bill Veitch, the district attorney in Jefferson County’s Bessemer Cutoff, confirmed he has seen the video and said it shows the urgency needed in stopping the violence. “Any of us could have been out there at those gas pumps that day,’’ Veitch said. “This war on violence cannot be won unless the communities unite, tear down the walls that have built between us and see, hear and report.”
“It’s going to take a great deal of individual courage to become involved in this struggle,’’ he said. “Join with me and our law enforcement officers, our churches, our judges, to fight these heartless hoodlums. This video is graphic evidence of how great this epidemic has become.”
