Relaxing, eating and traveling throughout the beautiful tropical amazing thailand
Thailand is the travel hub of Southeast Asia. Most people coming into the region fly into Bangkok and make that their base for doing the circuit around Southeast Asia. With its lush jungles, famed beaches, world-class diving, amazing food, friendly and cheap prices, It’s an easy country to travel and you can meet a lot of other people there. You’re never alone! The country is a well-worn destination on the backpacking trail and everything is convenient and easy. However, there are still many off the beaten path destinations aways from the crowds and the prices they bring. Overall, Thailand speaks for itself. When you hear its name, you already think about beaches, beauty, jungles, and food. And your thoughts are spot on.

Bangkok is the capital and most populous city of the Kingdom of Thailand. It is known in Thai as Krung Thep Maha Nakhon The city occupies 1,568.7 square kilometres. Bangkok an extreme primate city, significantly dwarfing Thailand's other urban centers in terms of importance.
The Asian investment boom in the 1980s and 1990s led many multinational corporations to locate their regional headquarters in Bangkok. The city is now a major regional force in finance and business. It is an international hub for transport and health care, and has emerged as a regional center for the arts, fashion and entertainment. The city is well known for its vibrant street life and cultural landmarks, as well as its notorious red-light districts. The historic Grand Palace and Buddhist temples including Wat Arun and Wat Pho stand in contrast with other tourist attractions such as the nightlife scenes of Khaosan Road and Patpong. Bangkok is among the world's top tourist destinations. It is named the world's most visited city in MasterCard's Global Destination Cities Index, and was named World's Best City for four consecutive years by Travel and Leisure magazine.

Bangkok, Thailand's main city, is a big city known for ornate sanctuaries and a vibrant life on the streets. Chao Phraya, used by many boats, flows through the Old City and Rattakakin network with its opulent Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaeo Temple. Nearby are the Buddha statue and across the river from Wat Arun with its steep steps and the pinnacle of the Khmer.

WHAT HAPPENED TO KHAO SAN ROAD? | Bangkok Market, Nightlife & Backpacker Heaven
Khao San Road was the nightlife hub of Bangkok, famous in Thailand. It's still a night market, but is it still a backpacker haven? ✈ Our 220 page guide on how to travel for a living —
Khao San Road is one of the most famous and iconic areas in Bangkok.. maybe even all of Thailand. Khao San night market has always been a thing, but it was also famous for it's bars, street vendors, fake goods, tattoo shops, massage parlours and more.
This travel vlog takes us on a trip to see if it's still what it was, to see if the old Koh San Road nightlife is still worth visiting! Because In August 2018 restrictions were put on the vendors, stopping them from being out in the day time and restricting where they could go in the evening after 6pm only. Apparently that meant a much more tame existence on the street and less buzz.
From what we experience, the nightlife is still strong, the market setup hasn't gone and things still get a lot more wild if you stay later into the night or early morning! (which we didn't ????)

10 Best Places to Visit in Thailand - Travel Video
Thailand is a collage of animated scenes that comprise bustling modern cities crowded with motorbikes and tuk-tuks, Buddhist temples tended by orange-robed monks, hill tribes selling handicrafts, lush landscapes dotted with traditional farming villages, ancient ruins and stunning coastlines peppered with gorgeous beaches and blue lagoons. Such a captivating portrait explains why Thailand is Southeast Asia’s most popular travel destination.

Bangkok Thailand
Bangkok (UK: /bæŋˈkɒk/,[6][7] US: /ˈbæŋkɒk/[7][8]) is the capital and most populous city of the Kingdom of Thailand. It is known in Thai as Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (กรุงเทพมหานคร, pronounced [krūŋ tʰêːp mahǎː nákʰɔ̄ːn] (About this sound listen)) or simply Krung Thep (About this sound listen (help·info)). The city occupies 1,568.7 square kilometres (605.7 sq mi) in the Chao Phraya River delta in Central Thailand, and has a population of over 8 million, or 12.6 percent of the country's population. Over 14 million people (22.2 percent) lived within the surrounding Bangkok Metropolitan Region at the 2010 census,[5] making Bangkok an extreme primate city, significantly dwarfing Thailand's other urban centres in terms of importance.
Bangkok traces its roots to a small trading post during the Ayutthaya Kingdom in the 15th century, which eventually grew and became the site of two capital cities: Thonburi in 1768 and Rattanakosin in 1782. Bangkok was at the heart of the modernization of Siam, later renamed Thailand, during the late 19th century, as the country faced pressures from the West. The city was at the centre of Thailand's political struggles throughout the 20th century, as the country abolished absolute monarchy, adopted constitutional rule and underwent numerous coups and several uprisings. The city grew rapidly during the 1960s through the 1980s and now exerts a significant impact on Thailand's politics, economy, education, media and modern society.
The Asian investment boom in the 1980s and 1990s led many multinational corporations to locate their regional headquarters in Bangkok. The city is now a major regional force in finance and business. It is an international hub for transport and health care, and has emerged as a regional centre for the arts, fashion and entertainment. It is named the world's most visited city in MasterCard's Global Destination Cities Index, and was named World's Best City for four consecutive years by Travel + Leisure magazine. (Wikipedia)
