Later in the day I landed my first ever Lady Fish which was quite the fight!

Madeira Beach John's Pass Florida in HD
english / deutsch :
On the first day of our tour we drove north along the Suncoast. Between Madeira Beach and Treasure Island was a big drawbridge and there the Village of John's Pass. The traditional yearly Food Festival was just held. We stoped, and enjoyed the weather at tropical beauty of the village area and along the Boardwalk. A wonderful center for day trippers and tourists, as you can see in the clip, have fun looking!

Beer Can Island - Florida's Best Beaches, Hidden Gems & Tropical Paradise
This hidden beach is beautiful! This footage is from several of our visits. It wasn't intended for a video but I really wanted to share this tropical oasis so I did the best with what we had!
Located at the end (west) of N. Shore Rd at the northern tip of Longboat Key, Beer Can Beach is one of the most beautiful places I have been!
It is a bit of a hike to get to but totally worth it! It is a natural beach with no amenities (bathrooms, snack bar, showers...).
When the tide is low, you can walk to Beer Can Island through a path surrounded by mangroves!
There have been litter bug infestations so if you are able to soak up this paradise, please leave it pristine for others!
There plenty of trees to hang your hammock from or for you to relax in the shade.
Rip currents are strong, prevalent & dangerous here so it is better to swim across the bridge at Coquina beach which is also gorgeous & has amenities!
