ALL THE DETAILS OF THE TRIP...
One-way flights from London - Delhi on Virgin Atlantic £338
Virgin also operate flights from London and Manchester to Mumbai
Jaipur / Northern region official tour guide - Akram Khan akramkhan8107@gmail.com +91 92699-25660
We highly recommend Akram as a tour guide for Rajasthan. He listened when we said we wanted to see less temples (having seen many already in Delihi and Agra) and more of Indian life and took us to some great areas off the tourist track. Thanks Akram!
Trotters Independent Tours (Jaisalmer) - we did the 2pm tour, returning in the morning at 11am (£23 per person). It was an absolute highlight of our trip so far. We had never been wild camping before and sleeping on the sand with just (a very warm) blanket between us and the stars was magical. The camel trek was fun - if a little uncomfortable - but a great way to travel across the desert. And camels love to pose for selfies!
