Forest Therapy Tsuzura Tanada Walking Course
Forest Bathing has been regarded as having benefits on both the mind and body since the beginning of time but recently, those benefits have been proven scientifically. We're going to introduce Forest Therapy, a fun way to bathe yourself in nature.
The Forest Therapy Society, and NPO, recognizes four bases for Forest Therapy within Fukuoka Prefecture (Yame City, Ukiha City, Sasaguri Town, and Buzen City).
Today, we'll introduce one of those Forest Therapy courses in Ukiha City, the Tsuzura Leisure Course.
BEAUTIFUL UKIHA ～うきはPromotion Movie～(福岡県 うきは市)
うきは市は福岡県南東部に位置し、南側にそびえ立つ大迫力の耳納連山と北側にある大きな筑後川にはさまれた小さな町です。山間部には日本ならではの里山の風景が残り、平野部には大正時代の姿を残す町並み、桃や柿、ぶどうなどの果樹園が広がっています。うきはの風景はどこを切り取っても美しいと言われます。歴史的な建造物とおしゃれなカフェが調和した町並みや、季節ごとに色づく果樹園、そして山間部にあり、約300枚の田が広がるつづら棚田の風景は圧巻の美しさです。この動画ではそんなうきはの美しさを凝縮して味わっていただくために作成しました。ぜひご覧ください。
Ukiha is a small town in the South East Fukuoka prefecture that is situated in between the dynamic Mino range on the South side and the huge Chikugo River on the North side. The mountain area remains to be the sight of Japanese rural nations, including streets from Taisho era and fruit farms with peaches, persimmons, and grapes in the plain field.
Ukiha is so beautiful that the sight captured there is similar to a scene cut from a painting. The street with historical buildings and modern stylish cafes, the fruit field that changes colors every season, and the 300ish rice terraces in the mountain area have all contributed to such a stunning sight. 福岡県うきは市 流川（ながれかわ）地区には、巨瀬川（こせがわ）に沿って約2kmの桜並木があります。ほぼ中央にかかる橋を起点に東側を歩きました。
新川田篭・農村風景－福岡県うきは市
昨年、福岡県で４件目となる 国の重要建造物保存地区に選定された、新川田篭地区を訪ねてみました。 ここは、棚田百選のつづら棚田への道すじでもあるので、３，４回撮りましたが
農村集落として 印象ぶかいところでした。

彼岸花で有名な福岡県浮羽町新川にあるつづら棚田に行って来ました。彼岸花はまだ2・3りんしか咲いていなかったです。9月19日から23日にかけて彼岸花・ばさら祭りが開催される予定です。大分自動車道杷木インターから車で約３５分くらいです。駐車場が狭いので祭り期間中は公共交通機関をおすすめします。福岡観光名所になっています。

＊うきは市浮羽町内を流れる巨瀬川に沿った桜並木の風景です。満開で幾分散り始め状態でしたが、まだまだ見応え十分でした。花見を楽しんでる方も何人かいました。
