Tullynally Castle is a country house situated some 2 km from Castlepollard on the Coole village road in County Westmeath, Ireland. The gothick style building has over 120 rooms and has been home to the Pakenham family for over 350 years. The house is surrounded by twelve acres of park land and gardens, including woodland gardens and walled gardens laid out in the early 19th century with a limestone grotto and ornamental lakes. In the 21st century a Chinese garden with a pagoda and a Tibetan garden of waterfalls and streams have been added.The site entrance from the public road is situated 1.5 km outside Castlepollard on the Granard road 20 km from Mullingar, 80 km from Dublin via the N4 or N3 roads. The grounds are open to the public from April to September.

Tullynally Castle is a castle situated some 2km from Castlepollard on the Coole village road in County Westmeath, Ireland.

The Birr Castle Gardens and Science centre is one of Ireland's award- winning attractions to visit.
Birr Castle was build in 1620 and replace an earlier one build in 1170.Castle is still used as residence,by the family of the 7th Earl of Ross.
Birr Castle Demesne has been an international attraction since 1845 when the Great Telescope first offered glimpses into aspects of outer space hitherto unknown.
The Third Earl was responsible for constructing the great telescope that points towards the stars.At that time ,it was the largest telescope in the world and could see further into space that any other.
The Gardens are world famous for the large collections by the Earls of Ross over the last 150 years.
The walled gardens include box hedges than are more than 300 years old.They are also noted in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's tallest hedge.

Here is a exciting and very unique property investment venture located at Castlepollard Village, County Westmeath, Ireland beside one of the biggest property developments in Ireland in year.

Jason's investment property which has great potential to be a small cluster of houses is only down the road from one of the biggest developments in Ireland or UK, and possibly in Europe. Center Parcs plan to create on their 395 acre site at Newcastle Wood, County Longford, Ireland one of the biggest leisure parks that is surrounded by natural forest. The first stages of work on that site have started already and It is planned to open Center Parcs n 2019. This will create over a 1000 jobs in the local area, and lead to a greater demand for housing in the surrounding areas. And of course lets not the housing needed for the construction workers for that site - now and over next 2 years.
