OLUDENIZ TURKEY 2018: SAILING, PARAGLIDING & CRUISING THE TURKISH COAST
Welcome to Turkey! I spent one week in the Dalaman region of Turkey on a press trip with Jet2 and Dalaman Airport. Here are some of the highlights!
Filmed entirely on the Canon G7X Mark ii:
Drone shots filmed on the DJI Mavic Air:
Our week in Turkey took us to two main areas, both within easy reach of Dalaman airport: Oludeniz and Marmaris.
Both Oludeniz and Marmaris are known as package holiday destinations so I wanted to see what else they have to offer travellers. And I was impressed.
These are some of the highlights from our week in the Dalaman area of Turkey, including:
- Paragliding over Oludeniz beach and the Blue Lagoon with Sky Star Paragliding
- Taking an island-hopping boat cruise in Gocek
- Sailing down the Dalyan river, where we saw the Lycian rock tombs and sea turtles
- Discovering the Azmak river and the foliage beneath it
- Getting the softest skin ever at the Dalyan Peloid mud bath
We stayed at the Liberty Hotel in Oludeniz and and the D Resort Gran Azur hotel in Marmaris.
Big thanks to Mel @illumelation for being my model throughout the week. I filmed the entire video on the Canon G7X Mark II.
Big thanks to Jet2 and Dalaman Airport for organising such a cool trip. I plan on sharing more of the behind the scenes of travel blogging life, press trips and other blogging assignments from now on, so let me know if that's something you'd like to see :) And as always, thanks for watching!

Ölüdeniz SANCTUARY SPA
Turkish Bath
The Turkish bath starts with relaxation in a room (known as the warm room) that is heated by a continuous flow of hot, dry air, allowing the bather to perspire freely. Bathers may then move to an even hotter room (known as the hot room) before they wash in cold water. After performing a full body wash and receiving a massage, bathers finally retire to the cooling-room for a period of relaxation.
Massage
Massage therapy is a comprehensive intervention involving a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body. The purpose of massage therapy is to prevent, develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function or relieve pain1
Skin Care
Skin care is a treatment every man should do. Especially in terms of both aesthetics and health is very important. Skin cleansing to give importance to our skin wrinkling in future years will be significantly reduced.

Turkey, Marmaris 2019 - Day #3 Turkish Bath & Massage | Reaj Vlogs
Day 3 of 7 folks, long overdue and I'm sorry for the delay. Lately just been lacking the motivation to edit but it's finally done.
Anyways, we kick start the day with our regular routine of having some breaky, followed by a chill at Misbah, Hafeez and Jaheds room. Play some goober (first time uno) and go for our much needed massage later on, I'll let you guys watch it and hopefully you enjoy!
Remember to leave a Like, Comment and Subscribe if you haven't! Stay tuned for Day 4, where you'll see a bit more action (Jeep Safari) beep beep.

**Quick fact: most Turkish baths do not mix men and women. — The one I went to allowed that.
During the Turkish Bath process, you will lay on the slab in the middle of a sauna room. The masseur will soap you from head to foot, and then run a loofah (bath sponge object made from fruit) all over you. Don’t be surprised at the amount of dead skin that falls off even if you do shower every morning.
After the staff have finished, you can douse yourself down and go out into the relaxing room where they will give you a final massage to relax your skin, muscles and body.
A Turkish bath totally relaxes you and is quite affordable. Approximately 20-40 TL (~$7-14 US Dollars) for a bath depending on what you want in the bath. You can even have an olive oil massage after the bath at additional charge.
Definitely worth experiencing!
Asena Beach hotel, Oludeniz Turkey
The Asena Beach Hotel is a very impressive place to stay with a two minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk till your toes are being dipped into the famous Oludeniz lagoon.
The Asena Beach Hotel is perfect Turkish hotel for couples and families with a large pool, gym and spa area to treat yourself to a Turkish bath there is something for everyone.
The food in the Asena Beach Hotel is beyond fantastic! With a huge selection each day and great service, everyone who I talked to at this hotel were having a great time and would all come back to the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel to families and couples because it is located right int he heart of Oludeniz and the facilities in the hotel are very good.
