Visiting Turner Falls, Waterfall in Davis, Oklahoma, United States
Turner Falls, at 77 feet (23 m), is locally considered Oklahoma's tallest waterfall,[1] although its height matches one in Natural Falls State Park.[2] The falls are located on Honey Creek in the Arbuckle Mountains in south central Oklahoma, 6 miles (9.7 km) south of Davis. Turner Falls Park
Turner Falls is Oklahoma's tallest waterfall, dropping 77 feet into a natural swimming pool. Located in the Arbuckle Mountains, which are among the oldest mountains on earth, Turner Falls Park has been described as one of the three geological windows into our past. The highlight of Turner Falls Park is the clear water that flows throughout the park creating rippling creeks and natural swimming pools perfect for keeping visitors cool on hot summer days. Visitors to Turner Falls Park will also enjoy hiking along the nature trails and exploring the park's three caves. In the Heart of the Arbuckles you will find meandering Honey Creek which turns into a 77-foot cascading waterfall known as Turner Falls. This natural swimming hole has been attracting visitors to the area since 1868.
