100 seconds cycling in Uganda, Africa
WARNING: This is not a a professional movie, it is simply a very quick glimpse into our first three days of cycling in Uganda, Africa :). Wifi is very rare here, so we don't have the possibility to upload edited movies yet...
Anyways, our first days in the country consisted of bikes on bumpy boat rides, kids eeeeeverywhere, and hilly rides through typical Ugandan villages like the suburb of Masaka in the video. Cycling here is damned tough, physically and mentally!!!!

“Cycling for a Cause”
cycling in kampala traffic
Kampala has an intriguing road network and for most of the time you will experience traffic jam on the streets of Kla but this does NOT apply to cyclists :) we special you know:)!! In this short video we bring you a ride on a typical day in Kampala. Tip to take away from the video, while riding in traffic in Kampala we advice you to ride in the middle of the lane as this will give you ample space to easily ride through traffic and also avoid the many pot holes that are usually on the sides of the roads however before you go out to ride in traffic we highly advice you you ensure your bike is in a healthy state and perform an ABC bike check just to be sure.Enjoy the Ride.

A Bike Ride through Kampala. Uganda.
When in Kampala ... take a BodaBoda tour of the city with Walter's Tours. Incredibly knowledgable guides, a very good overview of the city's main attractions and all of the senses heightened by the fresh air, smells and sights. Exhilarating. Up close and personal. I felt Kampala seep in through my skin and I like it there. Highly recommended. See for tour options.

Kampala to Entebbe Airport on a Bike
Cycling from Kampala to Entebbe International Airport is so fun especially in a group. It's better to ride in the morning of either saturday or sunday. Always keep left and don't make any turn before looking behind since the cars are on a very high speed. Cycling is freedom, thats why I use a bike to tour places. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RIDING IN KAMPALA AND BEYOND, JUST LET ME KNOW.
