'Unhyeongung is the residence of King Yeongjong Daewonun, the birthplace of King Jeongjo, the 26th king of the Joseon Dynasty, and he lived until the age of twelve before the birth of King Gojong. The name of Unhyeonggung Palace was called Unhyeon because it is the front of the building with Seonwonbang. When King Gojong ascended the throne, Hwangsun Daewonun politicized and connected directly to the palace. '
After the confiscation of the royal property of the Joseon Dynasty by Japanese imperialism, it was returned to the royal family after liberation. Although it is called the palace, it is more suitable to show the structure of the mansion whose the nobles of Joseon Dynasty.

Unhyeongung Dance Performance - Travel in Korea by Mercene Travel
As I was going around filming all different kinds of things to do and tourist attractions that exist within Seoul, Korea, I came across this traditional Korean dance performance inside of Unhyeongung Royal Palace. Unhyeongung is not one of the five royal palaces in Seoul, but is still extremely beautiful despite not being brightly painted as the royal palaces in Seoul are.
Outside of it I caught these ladies performing traditional Korean dance while dressed in the traditional Korean clothing called a hanbok. It is just a small performance but their moves are very elegant and I thought that you would enjoy it.
Enjoy your travels to Seoul, Korea!
TRAVEL KOREA (gyeongbokgung palace) 경복궁 best place in korea
Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is also commonly referred to as the Northern Palace because its location is furthest north when compared to the neighboring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace) Palace. Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful, and remains the largest of all five palaces.
The premises were once destroyed by fire during the Imjin War (Japanese Invasions, 1592-1598). However, all of the palace buildings were later restored under the leadership of Heungseondaewongun during the reign of King Gojong (1852-1919).
Remarkably, the most representative edifices of the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeonghoeru Pavilion and Hyangwonjeong Pond have remained relatively intact. Woldae and the sculptures of Geunjeongjeon (The Royal Audience Chamber) represent past sculptures of contemporary art.
The National Palace Museum of Korea is located south of Heungnyemun Gate, and the National Folk Museum is located on the eastern side within Hyangwonjeong.
