The Shetland Islands during prehistory
This video is about the period in the human occupation of the Shetland archipelago that was before the Viking invasions of around 900 A.D. The Shetland Islands, is a subarctic archipelago that lies northeast of the island of Great Britain and forms part of Scotland.
Watching this video, you will learn interesting things about mesolithic, neolithic, bronze age, and iron age on these islands. There are many places to visit on Shetland Islands, related to prehistory, like the heel-shaped cairns, the Staneydale Temple, the Yoxie stones, Funzie Girt, Jarlshof prehistoric archaeological site, The Broch of Mousa, and The Shetland Museum.

SILENT NIGHT.wmv
A beautiful carol from the Eaglescliffe Community Choir's Christmas concert on 11th December 2010. This Choir is led by Emily Smith (The Gareth Malone of Teesside!) who tirelessly and enthusiastically runs many different Choirs around the Teesside area, as well as singing professionally herself. Great work Emily!
