I had 5 minutes before the 5.34 train to Shoeburyness, and the thought occurred to me: Not many films of Upminster on You Tube!
This is the view from outside the c2c railway station at Upminster in Essex, England.
Hornchurch has a wonderful church with a tall spire, the 'international' viewers may like to know that there is a 'war grave' there, where amongst various British and Commonwealth airman there also lies the American pilot, Sanders-Draper, killed whilst flying a Spitfire in the Royal Air Force.

Upminster CC defeated by Colchester CC in rain affected Dukes T20 Group game at Upminster Park.
Upminster CC were defeated by four wickets in their rain affected T20 Dukes North East Group B Cup match,by Colchester CC on Friday at Upminster Park.
Upminster continued to lose early wickets and at one stage were 26-4,but they managed to post a total of 87-7, in the revised allocation of 16 overs.
In turn Colchester also found batting difficult,but managed to reach the target with 11 balls to spare,finishing on 84-3.
British Rail-Romford/Upminster DMU & Shenfield 306 EMU 1986

These are some of serveral areas I spotted at during the final days of the London Underground D78 stock on the District Line.

London Overground BREL Class 321 413 - Romford Upminster Line
Today we take a ride on one of London Underground's 2 Class 321s on the Romford to Upminster line from Emerson Park to Upminster. British Rail Engineering Limited (BREL) York built the Class 321s in 3 batches from 1988 to 1991.
