青春18きっぷで名古屋までの道中寄り道グルメ旅をしてきました。
停車駅は沼津を皮切りに、清水、静岡、浜松、豊川、豊橋、名古屋
今回は豊橋から飯田線に乗って豊川稲荷に寄り道、帰りに名物のいなり寿司を食べました。

Hiking Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine in Kyoto Japan
Two of us hiked all the way up the Inari shrine path. Good thing there were plenty of vending machines along the way with ice-cold drinks. This is where Inari sushi was invented. There were many fox statutes.

Hidden 180 Fox Shrine in Tokyo! [Find A Shrine] ★東京の隠された180キツネ神社!
I started a new thing and that's checking out HIDDEN SHRINES.
There are so many all over Tokyo that I want to share these little secrets with you!
Here's the deal:
I search for shrines in Tokyo, drop a pin in google maps and go there. It's my new favorite lunchtime activity that scratches that explore itch.
What will I find today? Let's find out!
Today I checked out Keihin Fushimi Inari Shrine - 京浜伏見稲荷神社 which is in Shin Maruko.
I was not prepared by the awesomeness of this kitsune delight and was completely blown away with how stunning this place was.
SO MUCH KITSUNE.

Part 2: Kyoto's Fushimi Fox Shrine
Fushimi Inari Taisha is the head shrine of Inari, located in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The shrine sits at the base of a mountain also named Inari which is 233 metres above sea-level, and includes trails up the mountain to many smaller shrines. It is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main buildings.
