Company of Heroes -Operation Market Garden Return To Valkenswaard Part 1 of 6
Hello ladies and gentlemen, after watching some videos on Company of Heroes 2 I got all nostalgic and decided to play some good old Company of Heroes and I thought I'd bring you some campaign footage since this great RTS game should be recognized and shown in a good light. I enjoy the history behind World War 2 and I believe this game depicts it well from both sides of the battlefield.
Today I play the seventh mission of the Operation Market Garden Campaign which is Return to Valkenswaard..
If you want to learn more about the events of Operation Market Garden here are some links:
If you enjoy the video, don't forget to subscribe because I will be bringing all of the campaigns including the DLC packs. I am using the improved steam version of Company of Heroes which you can check out here:
Thank you for watching and have a great day :)

STORYLINE
A Benghazi official on Thursday condemned the recent desecration of British and Commonwealth war graves at a military cemetery in the eastern Libyan city.
British media reports said the attacks on the graves took place a couple of weeks ago.
A video was posted online which appeared to show a group of men kicking down the grave stones.
They did this in revenge on those who burned the Holy Quran in Afghanistan at the American base, said sheikh Moftah Al-Ferjani, a Benghazi official at the Ministry of Religious Endowments and Islamic Affairs.
This is an act which is unacceptable in Islam, he said.
He said however, that the graves shouldn't have been desecrated because: these are the graves of people who have died in Libya and are buried in Libya.
They are very old, ancient and they are revered and still revered among us, he added.
The graves are for British and Commonwealth soldiers killed in North Africa during the Second World War, according to British media reports.
Al-Ferjani also called upon Libyan authorities to take responsibility for the grave to prevent similar events taking place in the future.
More than one-thousand Commonwealth and British soldiers are buried at the site in Benghazi.

Periscope Games & EASY Co. The Battle of Arnhem 75th Anniversary Event Compilation - Updated (v2)
In honor of the 75th Anniversary of Operation: Market Garden, where over 40,000 paratroopers dropped into the Netherlands to establish a pathway for XXX Armored Corps into the Rhine in hopes of ending WWII in Europe by Christmas. One of the battles that have taken place during this operation was the Battle of Arnhem. Lasting for the whole Operation from September 17th to the 25th, the British 1st Airborne established a defense in the city of Arnhem awaiting the arrival of XXX Corps. Unfortunately, help did not come in time and decided to withdraw during the night, leaving heavily wounded and few pockets of resistance that were disconnected from contact during the withdrawal. The operation was a failure and the allied advance was delayed up until winter, but most paratroopers were able to continue the fight until another day and ultimately end the war in Europe.
