Valemount Museum and Archives
Valemount Museum and Archives is located in the scenic town of Valemount, BC. This museum is housed in the building that was the town's railway station between 1914 and 1981. As you meander through the building you will learn about the people and circumstances that built the community. Each room in the museum tells you a story while displaying various artifacts.

Valemount Mountain Biking Trails
Destination tourism is getting a boost in Valemount. In 2014, we provided $30,000 in grant funding to Valemount to expand its mountain bike park with new trails and infrastructure. This is the result.

AM: Those of you who crave the limelight and have talent will surely want to enter Valemounts screamingly excellent singing contest.
JN: Despite the fact that our local talent show Valemount Idol was only founded a year ago, it has incredible spin offs on the international scene.
AM: Thats right. There is now an American Idol and another one called Canadian Idol.
