Rollerblading the Stanley Park Seawall in Vancouver Canada on a gorgeous afternoon (4k video tour)
My 4k video where I rollerblade around the Stanley Park seawall bike trail. It's a beautiful location to rollerblade, even though the bike path becomes very narrow at some points, and taking full strides becomes difficult to do.
There were a lot of people walking, cycling, and running on the seawall as well as a lot of tourists who were there to get photos of beautiful Stanley park and the waterfront area. In this video, I give you a first person look doing a full loop of full Stanley park seawall.
Depending where you are on the seawall, you can see North Vancouver across Burrard inlet, and the downtown Vancouver skyline. You can also see the Royal Vancouver yacht club, Naval museum for HMCS Discovery, Harry Jerome statue, Brockton point lighthouse, SS Empress of Japan figurehead, great views of the Lion's Gate Bridge overhead, Salish Rock and much more!
Cyclists and roller bladers are require to go counter clockwise on the Stanley Park protion of the seawall to prevent collisions and problems.
4:20 - passing Royal Vancouver Yacht club
5:50 - HMCS discovery
7:30 - Hallelujah point and Harry Jerome statue
9:40 - Views of some of North Vancouver, North shore mountains across the bay
10:30 - Brockton Point lighthouse and views of Lions Gate bridge in distance
11:05 - Old school roller skater zips by!
13:50 - Horse drawn trolley
15:13 - SS Empress of Japan figurehead
16:30 - Fox's Den splash park
22:25 - closer view of Lion's Gate bridge
24:05 - under the Lion's Gate bridge
24:40 - Below prospect point lookout
25:50 - More Views of North Vancouver and Burrard inlet
31:30 - Salish Rock
33:25 - Third beach
35:50 - Freighters in Burrard inlet

Stanley Park is a 405-hectare (1,001-acre) public park that borders the downtown of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada and is almost entirely surrounded by waters of Vancouver Harbour and English Bay.
The park has a long history and was one of the first areas to be explored in the city. The land was originally used by Indigenous peoples for thousands of years before British Columbia was colonized by the British during the 1858 Fraser Canyon Gold Rush. For many years after colonization, the future park with its abundant resources would also be home to Non-Indigenous settlers. The land was later turned into Vancouver's first park when the city incorporated in 1886. It was named after Lord Stanley, 16th Earl of Derby, a British politician who had recently been appointed Governor General.
Unlike other large urban parks, Stanley Park is not the creation of a landscape architect, but rather the evolution of a forest and urban space over many years. Most of the manmade structures present in the park were built between 1911 and 1937 under the influence of then superintendent W.S. Rawlings. Additional attractions, such as a polar bear exhibit, aquarium, and miniature train, were added in the post-war period.
Much of the park remains as densely forested as it was in the late 1800s, with about a half million trees, some of which stand as tall as 76 metres (249 ft) and are hundreds of years old. Thousands of trees were lost (and many replanted) after three major windstorms that took place in the past 100 years, the last in 2006.
Significant effort was put into constructing the near-century-old Vancouver Seawall, which can draw thousands of people to the park in the summer. The park also features forest trails, beaches, lakes, children's play areas, and the Vancouver Aquarium, among many other attractions.
On June 18, 2014, Stanley Park was named top park in the entire world by TripAdvisor, based on reviews submitted. [
[4K] Vancouver Canada Seawall To Canada Place Virtual Walk
My videos are mostly first person view of walks, cities tours, tourist attractions, nature, hikes or anywhere I may be. Also can be used on a tread mill or stationary bike since I will also try to do bike rides. I only record ambient noise of the surroundings. This is especially good as an asmr feel, ideal for relaxing, studying and even sleeping as you just immerse yourself in the sounds. So at times I will also do nature sounds such as rain falling, creeks, falls, wind in trees etc… No vlogging here, sorry. I find vlogs tend to get a bit self-centered at times unless its interesting and educational. You won’t see me here talking about my life or what i had for breakfast before my hike, or how I slept last night in my tent or my emotions. You won’t hear music during the walks, only in my beats videos. It’s one of the reason why i made this channel, when i searched videos on local hikes or walks, all I saw were the face of someone the whole time or music and not the actual trail or scenery itself. I just thought there was a lack of first person view of walks and hikes.
Hence the title of my channel Silence n beats, silence as in the quiet videos I like to do and beats because I produce beats that I like to share. If all you like is the walks you can see my playlist on walks and hikes and if you want to hear my beats, check out that playlist as well. I love music and making my beats, but after too much of it, I like long moments of silence.
Thank you for watching my videos and please subscribe as it will help motivate me in making more.
Enjoy
