How to Make Khmer Beef Lok Lak (ឡុកឡាក់) - Cambodian Cooking Class
This week's video is Lok Lak, now regarded as a Cambodian classic, but with routes in the French indochina period and similar to a Vietnamese dish called Bò lúc lắc or 'shaking beef' in America. My version of this dish is very easy to make, made with ingredients you should be able to easily find anywhere.
The lime and pepper sauce is an important part of making this uniquely Khmer, always use Kampot pepper or equivalent with its strong long lasting tang to get the right taste.

How to Make Veasna's Pork Belly Meatballs (ប្រហិតពោះសាច់ជ្រូកបីជាន់បារាំង) - Cambodian Cooking Class
This week's a new favourite inspired by travels to Italy. My take on the meatball, using delicious local pork belly. Like all Italian food, good quality fresh ingredients are crucial. The chilli and Kampot pepper give the dish a bit of an Asian kick, the vinegar adds a note of sourness.

Cambodian Family Authentic Food | Bor Bor Phek Battambang
My second time to eat this food in Battambang town and I still like it as it's good and tasty soaked with lots of vitamin and nutrition. It's called Bor Bor Phek Battambang, a Cambodia authentic porridge from Battambang rice with fish and a bunch of vegetables like green leaves vegetable, corn, taro, sweet potatoes and much more. Many people come to this restaurant, we don't have a table to sit until we wait for about 30min. Bor Bor Phek Battambang is a brand name which is so famous and attraction. Next time I will also come here for dinner cuz I like it a lot.
