I absolutley love Pork Chili Verde. I love it on my Burritos, over rice or even in a bowl with fresh hot tortilla's. And this recipe is exactly what you want when your making this because it's got everything you need. You're going to need Green Enchilada Sauce when you're making this and I've included my recipe for that below along with a killer Chimichanga recipe I love to top with Green sauce, so definitely check those out as well.

Ingredients
Oil
5 Cups Water
1 Bag of Fideo noodles
6 Small Tomatillos
2 Roasted and peeled Anaheim Peppers
2 Roasted and peeled Poblano Peppers
2 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
1/4 Chopped Onion
1/2 Tablespoon Chicken Boullion (Adjust to taste)
Pinch of salt
Blend Tomatillo, Peppers, and Cilantro. If you don’t favor onions add the suggested amount to the blend.
Tomatillo allergy substitute Xoconostle. It’s tart so use 1-2 and add 1/4 of Heavy whipping cream to help with the tart flavor until you achieve the desired flavor.

INGREDIENTES
Aceite
Sal y pimienta
Cilantro
1 chile verde
1 cebolla
50 mililitros de salsa inglesa
1 cda de comino
1 ½ tz de arroz
3 tz de caldo de frijol
Crema c/n
3 tz de frijoles negro
2 plátanos
Nachos (decoración)
6 cdtas de margarina
4 dientes de ajo
PROCEDIMIENTO
En una sartén pon a dorar los plátanos partidos a la mitad. A fuego bajo.
Picar el chile, cebolla, ajo y mantequilla para que de sabor y sofreír por 2-3 minutos.
Ahora pica el cilantro, poner un poco a la sartén del sofrito y reserva un poco.
Agrega el arroz, sal, pimienta, comino y mezclamos bien.
Adicione los frijoles salsa inglesa y el caldo de los frijoles. Deje que hierva.
Por último, ya tenemos fritos los plátanos y nuestro gallo pinto, servimos la porción y acompañamos con los nachos, crema, los plátanos y decoramos con el cilantro que reservamos.

BBQ Chile Verde Pork Bean Tacos | Easy & fast | Perfect Party Food | Abuelita's recipe
Hey Everyone! Today I have another special recipe to share. My Abuelita's Famous Bean Tacos! Everybody would love my abuela's bean tacos when she would bring trays full of them to our family BBQs back in the day.
They are just so delicious and addicting to eat because they're made with a tangy salsa Verde and tender shredded pork. They're a breeze to put together and you are able to make these super spicy or mild by removing the seeds of the chile peppers.
These tacos also taste delicious deep fried for a special treat or simply popped in the microwave for a quick snack on the go! I'm telling you now that they are guaranteed to be a hit at your next gathering!
Enjoy
Ingredients:
16 oz dried pinto beans
boiled in about 12 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
* Boiled until tender about 1 hour
Salsa Verde:
12 tomatillos
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 Serrano peppers
1 teaspoon salt
water
boiled until tomatillos change color
then drain water
Boiled pork:
2 pounds pork
1 onion
2 teaspoons salt
Boiled pork for about 1 hour
Fry & mash everything together in 2 tablespoons of oil
for about 10 minutes.
Warm tortillas up either in the microwave or in a pan. Place 1 to 2 spoonfuls of the mixture inside and place on a tray covered in a moist kitchen towel until ready to heat on the barbecue.
Makes about 30 tacos

I have had this in several meals, but never did a video on it, so she sent a request asking me to do a video on it. I really appreciate her reaching out.
This pico de gallo is a recipe to really make your own. Balance the ingredients to suit your taste. I personally go a little heavier on the onion and cilantro than most.
Here is the recipe I use to make pico de gallo (Normal batch size, not the batch I made in the video)
4 1/2 Roma tomatoes tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1 lime squeezed
1/3rd bunch of finely chopped cilantro
2 cloves of minced garlic
4 jalapeno chopped
kosher salt to taste (approx. 1 -2 teaspoons or so)

In Mexican cuisine, pico de gallo, also called salsa fresca, is a fresh, uncooked salad made from chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, fresh serranos (but jalapeños or habaneros too), salt, and key lime juice. Other ingredients may also be added, such as shrimp, vienna sausage or squid, avocado, lime juice or apple cider vinegar, cucumber, radish or firm fruit such as mango.
Pico de gallo can be used in much the same way as other Mexican liquid salsas, Kenyan kachumbari, or Indian chutneys, but since it contains less liquid, it can also be used as a main ingredient in dishes such as tacos and fajitas.
The tomato-based variety is widely known as salsa picada (minced/chopped sauce). In Mexico it is sometimes called salsa mexicana (Mexican sauce). Because the colors of the red tomato, white onion, coriander and green chili are reminiscent of the colors of the Mexican flag, it is also sometimes called salsa bandera (flag sauce).
In many regions of Mexico the term refers to any of a variety of salads (including fruit salads), salsa, or fillings made with tomato, tomatillo, avocado, melon, orange, jícama, cucumber, papaya, or mild chilis. The ingredients are tossed in lime juice and either hot sauce or chamoy, then sprinkled with a salty chili powder.
