The Outlaws Pagan Motorcycle Gang
This show explores the outlaw gang known as the Pagan's Motorcycle Club. Formed in 1959, the Pagans have been involved in murder, drug trafficking, kidnapping, and they have ties to the DeCavalcante crime family. Conflicts with the Pagan's rival motorcycle gang, the Hell's Angels, and the Pagan's clashes with the American Mafia are profiled.
Pagan's Motorcycle Club, or simply The Pagans, is a one-percenter outlaw motorcycle gang and an alleged organized crime syndicate formed by Lou Dobkin in 1959 in Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. The club rapidly expanded and by 1965, the Pagans, originally clad in blue denim jackets and riding Triumphs, began to evolve along the lines of the stereotypical one percenter motorcycle club.
The Pagans are categorized as an outlaw motorcycle gang by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. They are known to fight over territory with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club (HAMC) and other motorcycle clubs, such as Fates Assembly MC, who have since merged with the HAMC. It is active in thirteen states: Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Michigan, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Early history
The Pagans were established in Prince George County, Maryland by then president Lou Dobkin, in 1959. The group started out by wearing denim jackets and riding Triumph Motorcycles. Originally they were a comradeship of 13 motorcyclists. In the 1960s they adopted a formal constitution and formed a governing structure choosing a national president.
They were a fairly non-violent group until 1965, when the Pagans evolved into an outlaw biker gang with ties to other organized crime groups such as the American Mafia. Under the leadership of John Satan Marron their violence grew in the early 1970s. Their Mother Club is not in a fixed location but has been generally located in the North East. Pagan leaders number 13 to 18 members who are chapter presidents with the largest chapter located in Philadelphia.
The Pagans have grown through merging with other smaller Outlaw Motorcycle gangs (OMG). Considered by law enforcement to be almost as complex and diversified as the Hells Angels, the discipline and structure of the Pagans is the most rigid of the Big Four OMGs.
Criminal activities
The Pagans have been linked to the production and smuggling of drugs such as methamphetamine, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and PCP. The Pagans also have had strong ties to organized crime, especially in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Pagans often use puppet clubs, smaller affiliated motorcycle clubs, or small street drug trafficking organizations that support larger Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) for distributing drugs. Pagans have also engaged in assault, arson, extortion, motorcycle/car theft, and weapons trafficking. Most of the violence carried out by the Pagans is directed to rival OMGs such as Hells Angels.

Beacon 2016 Alumni Reunion
Beacon College welcomed home a larger wave of its own April 9 during the Second Annual Alumni Reunion.
Forty alumni — nearly doubling the inaugural event — enjoyed the two-day festivities that opened with a social event Friday night at the Via Port entertainment center in Leesburg and continued with get-togethers, speeches and enrichment workshops Saturday.
After Friday’s bowling and bonding at Via Port, the Saturday activities opened with President George Hagerty’s State of the College address. He gave context regarding the extreme makeover to facades and new buildings that recently have modernized the campus.
Alumni paid their respects to Chris Hall, Beacon’s longtime director of facilities and new development, who died in February. Faculty and alumni ignored the clock at the well-attended, emotional memorial service at United Methodist Church for a man beloved for as much for his music and sports prowess as his love of life.
Keynote speaker John Crossman, president of Crossman & Co., one of the Southeast’s largest real estate management companies, struck a chord sharing his “secret shame” of dyslexia and how it powered his success in his speech, “Slaying the Giants: Overcoming Doubt and Disability for Victorious Living.”
“I believe as we go through our lives that we have wounds,” he said. “It’s important to process them and use them as tools to be better adults and successful. … I learned at 42 that I was ‘super-duper’ dyslexic. It was helpful to know that I am not stupid.”
He added, “Peace, contentment and joy come with finding peace with yourself and giving back to others.”
Two enrichment workshops preceded a campus tour, a social hour mix and mingle and an alumni dinner.
Susan Ward, coordinator of the Career Development and Outreach Center at Beacon College, presented “New Career Resources & Changes for Beacon College Alumni.” Alumni appreciated her roundup of resume-building, interviewing and job-hunting services now available for their career pursuits.
“We had several alumni say during and after her workshop that this was so helpful and they can’t wait to use all the new resources to help them further their career,” said Chelsea Eubank, director of alumni and parent relations.
Meanwhile, Dr. Rosalyn Johnson, clinical supervisor and coordinator of therapeutic services at Community Health of South Florida in Miami, Fla., conducted a workshop on how to “Prepare for Success in Graduate School.” She provided tips for succeeding in graduate school and setting aside valuable “me” time.
When she wasn’t presenting, Johnson frolicked with her Class of 2009 classmates.
“It felt refreshing and wonderful to be reunited with so many familiar faces … many of whom I had not seen in the seven years since I graduated,” says Johnson, Beacon College’s first Ph.D. “I look forward to [the reunion] every year getting better and better as the Alumni Association continues to grow. I hope that the number of alumni who attend the [reunions] continues to grow as well.”
Andrew Marvin, Class of 2010, now Beacon’s assistant director of admissions, also gave his thumbs up.
“We are almost 27 years old as an institution and as the second alumni campus reunion, it was a great showing,” he said. “I hope for many more times were we can come together as a community of diverse learners and lives.”
Beacon’s most recent graduating classes represented: Alumni from the classes of 1999, 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 participated.
“Of course, I would love to see every class year attending the reunion,” Eubank said. However, “I know as we grow that will for sure happen.”
To that end, the Class of 2016 received invitations to hobnob at a Saturday social hour with their soon-to-be fellow alumni. Five future alumni embraced the early opportunity to network.

Inside Nevada’s Moonlite Bunny Ranch
The women of Nevada's Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothel are both sex workers and master negotiators.
Come for the sex, stay for the negotiating skills: At Nevada's Moonlite Bunny Ranch, success depends less on beauty and more on a woman's skill at asking for what she deserves.
Unlike most industries, many legal sex workers in legal prostitution are paid more than their illegal counterparts. The price difference is in part due to the negotiation, which creates an opportunity for price discrimination (charging more to customers willing to pay). The brothels are legal, but listing prices are not. Negotiation skills are mandatory for these women.
The brothel has something of an employee manual that contains tips and instructions on how to negotiate. The Bunny Bible was written by Dennis Hof and his COO, Suzette Cole.

COLUMBINE HIGH SCHOOL massacre - WikiVidi Documentary
The Columbine High School massacre was a school shooting that occurred on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School in Columbine, an unincorporated area of Jefferson County in the American state of Colorado. In addition to the shootings, the complex and highly planned attack involved a fire bomb to divert firefighters, propane tanks converted to bombs placed in the cafeteria, 99 explosive devices, and car bombs. The perpetrators, senior students Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, murdered 12 students and one teacher. They injured 21 additional people, and three more were injured while attempting to escape the school. The pair subsequently committed suicide. Although their precise motives remain unclear, the personal journals of the perpetrators document that they wished their actions to rival the Oklahoma City bombing and other deadly incidents in the United States in the 1990s. The attack has been referred to by USA Today as a suicidal attack [that was] planned as a grand—if badly implem...

Before the American purchase of the territory in 1803, present-day Louisiana State had been both a French colony and for a brief period a Spanish one. In addition, colonists imported numerous African people as slaves in the 18th century. Many came from peoples of the same region of West Africa, thus concentrating their culture. In the post-Civil War environment, Anglo-Americans increased the pressure for Anglicization, and in 1921, English was for a time made the sole language of instruction in Louisiana schools before a policy of multilingualism was revived in 1974. There has never been an official language in Louisiana, and the state constitution enumerates the right of the people to preserve, foster, and promote their respective historic, linguistic, and cultural origins.

SUMMARY
=======
Virginia ( (listen)), officially the Commonwealth of Virginia, is a state in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States located between the Atlantic Coast and the Appalachian Mountains. Virginia is nicknamed the Old Dominion due to its status as the first English colonial possession established in mainland North America and Mother of Presidents because eight U.S. presidents were born there, more than any other state. The geography and climate of the Commonwealth are shaped by the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Chesapeake Bay, which provide habitat for much of its flora and fauna. The capital of the Commonwealth is Richmond; Virginia Beach is the most populous city, and Fairfax County is the most populous political subdivision. The Commonwealth's estimated population as of 2017 is over 8.4 million. The area's history begins with several indigenous groups, including the Powhatan. In 1607 the London Company established the Colony of Virginia as the first permanent New World English colony. Slave labor and the land acquired from displaced Native American tribes each played a significant role in the colony's early politics and plantation economy. Virginia was one of the 13 Colonies in the American Revolution. In the American Civil War, Virginia's Secession Convention resolved to join the Confederacy, and Virginia's First Wheeling Convention resolved to remain in the Union; that led to the creation of West Virginia. Although the Commonwealth was under one-party rule for nearly a century following Reconstruction, both major national parties are competitive in modern Virginia. The Virginia General Assembly is the oldest continuous law-making body in the New World. The state government was ranked most effective by the Pew Center on the States in both 2005 and 2008. It is unique in how it treats cities and counties equally, manages local roads, and prohibits its governors from serving consecutive terms. Virginia's economy has many sectors: agriculture in the Shenandoah Valley; federal agencies in Northern Virginia, including the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Defense and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); and military facilities in Hampton Roads, the site of the region's main seaport.
The Great Gildersleeve: Fire Engine Committee / Leila's Sister Visits / Income Tax
The Great Gildersleeve (1941--1957), initially written by Leonard Lewis Levinson, was one of broadcast history's earliest spin-off programs. Built around Throckmorton Philharmonic Gildersleeve, a character who had been a staple on the classic radio situation comedy Fibber McGee and Molly, first introduced on Oct. 3, 1939, ep. #216. The Great Gildersleeve enjoyed its greatest success in the 1940s. Actor Harold Peary played the character during its transition from the parent show into the spin-off and later in a quartet of feature films released at the height of the show's popularity.
On Fibber McGee and Molly, Peary's Gildersleeve was a pompous windbag who became a consistent McGee nemesis. You're a haa-aa-aa-aard man, McGee! became a Gildersleeve catchphrase. The character was given several conflicting first names on Fibber McGee and Molly, and on one episode his middle name was revealed as Philharmonic. Gildy admits as much at the end of Gildersleeve's Diary on the Fibber McGee and Molly series (Oct. 22, 1940).
He soon became so popular that Kraft Foods—looking primarily to promote its Parkay margarine spread — sponsored a new series with Peary's Gildersleeve as the central, slightly softened and slightly befuddled focus of a lively new family.
Premiering on August 31, 1941, The Great Gildersleeve moved the title character from the McGees' Wistful Vista to Summerfield, where Gildersleeve now oversaw his late brother-in-law's estate and took on the rearing of his orphaned niece and nephew, Marjorie (originally played by Lurene Tuttle and followed by Louise Erickson and Mary Lee Robb) and Leroy Forester (Walter Tetley). The household also included a cook named Birdie. Curiously, while Gildersleeve had occasionally spoken of his (never-present) wife in some Fibber episodes, in his own series the character was a confirmed bachelor.
In a striking forerunner to such later television hits as Bachelor Father and Family Affair, both of which are centered on well-to-do uncles taking in their deceased siblings' children, Gildersleeve was a bachelor raising two children while, at first, administering a girdle manufacturing company (If you want a better corset, of course, it's a Gildersleeve) and then for the bulk of the show's run, serving as Summerfield's water commissioner, between time with the ladies and nights with the boys. The Great Gildersleeve may have been the first broadcast show to be centered on a single parent balancing child-rearing, work, and a social life, done with taste and genuine wit, often at the expense of Gildersleeve's now slightly understated pomposity.
Many of the original episodes were co-written by John Whedon, father of Tom Whedon (who wrote The Golden Girls), and grandfather of Deadwood scripter Zack Whedon and Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog).
The key to the show was Peary, whose booming voice and facility with moans, groans, laughs, shudders and inflection was as close to body language and facial suggestion as a voice could get. Peary was so effective, and Gildersleeve became so familiar a character, that he was referenced and satirized periodically in other comedies and in a few cartoons.
