Maki san took me to attend the performances of her supervisor. I was totally satisfied with the excellent acts of players on the stage. It was my first time to see the extraordinary interior design of a hall, where many orchestra and classical musics are presented.

DOCUMENTARY - Doryan Emmanuel Rappaz à Genève
The young Genovese composer Doryan Emmanuel Rappaz presents an exceptional night offered by Byron Baciocchi. Five of Rappaz's symphonic works, inspired by the romantic era, will premiere in the historical Victoria Hall of Geneva. All works are interpreted by the Camerata Armin Jordin, entirely composed of the Orchestre Suisse Romande musicians. Doryan Rappaz commented on the subject and noted that “classical music is the most profound and powerful form of art in the world”.

Chinese Cross Cultural Festival - New Year's Gala Concert - Highlights
On New Year’s Eve, award-winning Asian-American conductor Henry Cheng and Chinese pianist Byron Weixin Zhou combine their talents with La Scala Chamber Orchestra from Milan to ring in 2019 with the first Chinese Cross Cultural Festival at Victoria Hall in Geneva, Switzerland.
For the Grand-Opening of the Festival on 31st December 2018, Cheng and Weixin Zhou chose an extensive repertoire of Strauss, Mozart, Ravel and Lehár, presented by the extraordinary Chinese baritone Changyong Liao and soprano Orsolya Sáfár.
The Music director of Chinese Cross Cultural Festival, Henry Cheng has established himself as an internationally-acclaimed Asian-American conductor. The first prize winner of the Antal Dorati International Conducting Competition in November 2018 and the European Union Conductor’s Competition in January 2018, said:
“As an artist: Asian born, American raised, European educated, the question of how heritage, culture, and the role of music plays in bridging each divide has shaped every major decision of my life. After many evenings of discussion with Lucia, ceo of Time Ranger Inc., over life, music and our responsibilities and with the support of the Time Ranger Inc., it gives us great pleasure to showcase three generations of amazing talents to the international stage in collaboration with the La Scala Chamber Orchestra and Victoria Hall, Geneva.”
The festival is being supported by Time Ranger Inc. in NYC and Hungarian music management agency Studiomusica.
