In the summer of 2018 I finally got to try timber rafting on the river klaralven. It was just as amazing and beautiful as I expected. And what is better than experiencing that with a bunch of you loved ones. Go try it for yourself. I'm sure you will love it too!

Timber Rafting in Sweden with vildmark I varmland
Named in The Guardian newspaper as 1 of 50 things to do. This trip was an unforgettable experience. Building your own timber raft and trying to control 2 tonnes of timber raft down the Klaraven Rive in Varmland Sweden.
The trip is a 4 day excursion although we done the trip in 3 and overnighted at the end campsite before heading south and spending a night on Vanern.

This was a very difficult trip when the boys where so young as you really need a lot of power to try and steer 2 tonnes of wood.
Looking back at the trip it was difficult but as mentioned earlier a completely unforgettable experience.
