LYRICS:
One two one two one two cha cha cha
One two two one two one cha cha cha
I took a pill and had a dream
(yo tambien)
I went back to my seventeenth year
Allowed myself to be naïve (dime)
To be someone I’ve never been
(me encanta)
I took a sip and had a dream
And I woke up in Medellín (te gusta)
The sun was caressing my skin (dime)
Another me could now begin
Ven con migo – Let’s take a trip
Si te llevo para un lugar lejano
Ven con migo – I’ll be so good for you
Te enamoras te enamoras mami
Ven con migo – Let’s take a trip
Dame de eso que tu estas tomando
Ven con migo – I’ll be so good for you
Sipping my pain just like champagne
Found myself dancing in the rain with you
I felt so naked and alive
(Show me)
For once I didn’t have to hide
Oye mamacita que te pasa? (yeah)
Ven con migo – Let’s take a trip
Si te llevo para un lugar lejano
Ven con migo – I’ll be so good for you
Te enamoras te enamoras mami
Ven con migo – Let’s take a trip
Dame de eso que tu estas tomando
Ven con migo – I’ll be so good for you
Si te enamoro
Si t’enamoras
y ahi nos quedamos no no
Pues mami, pues mami nos casamos
One, Two cha cha cha (4x)
Slow down Papi
One, Two cha cha cha (4x)
We built a cartel just for love
Venus was hovering above us
I took a trip that set me free
Forgave myself for being me
Ven con migo – Let’s take a trip
Si te llevo para un lugar lejano
Ven con migo – I’ll be so good for you
Te enamoras te enamoras mami
Ven con migo – Let’s take a trip

Ven con migo – I’ll be so good for you
Si te enamoro
Si t’enamoras en menos de un año no no

Spanish Food Tour at Central Market in Valencia, Spain
Join us for a Spanish Food Tour in Valencia, Spain at central market (mercado central) as we sample many tasty savory and sweet bites. Located just a stone throw away from our apartment we visited the mercat central on an almost daily basis to pick-up groceries such as fresh produce and delicious local meats and cheeses. However, our mission was different this time. Our plan was to visit the Central Market in Valencia to have as many tasty Spanish snacks as we possibly could handle including both savory and sweet items. With this in mind we ate the following food items:
1) Sandwich with serrano ham (Bocadillo de jamón serrano)
2) Ham and cheese in a cup (Jamón serrano y queso)
3) Empanadas with tuna and onion (Empanadilla de atún y cebolla)
4) Spanish Tortilla with chorizo slices (Tortilla española con chorizo)
5) Almond and sugar cakes (Mantecadas y polvorones)
6) Pig's ear or Elephant ear pastries (Palmeras)
7) Fruit juice (Zumo de frutas)

Spanish Food Tour at Central Market in Valencia, Spain Video Transcript:
Today's video is going to be a food adventure. We're making our way over to the Central Market here in Valencia (Mercado Central de Valencia). Which is right outside our door. We had views from our apartment window overlooking the market just footsteps away. We've already been a few times to do our grocery shopping but we also noticed they have lots of tasty bites so you can actually turn your visit into a meal. So that is what we're planning to do. I've even got my little grocery bag in case we see something for dinner. That is the plan. Let's go eat Spanish food.
Our first snack of the day is going to be a sandwich filled with jamón serrano (Bocadillo de jamón serrano). That means ham from the mountains from the sierras. I'm just opening it up here. Look at that. A thing of beauty in the sandwich. They asked me if I wanted olive oil drizzled all over it so I was like yeah! It was only 1 Euro.
Time for our second snack here at the market. Alright second tasty snack. And this one is only 2 Euros so we're having Serrano ham. There we go Jamón serrano y queso right? And this one is only 2 Euros.
This is our third snack right here. It is called empanadilla and it is filled with tuna and onion (Empanadilla de atún y cebolla ). It kind of resembles the empanadas that you find in Latin America. How much was it? 1.10 Euros.
We're going to be trying the tortilla and we ordered the one with chorizo and it is served with a slice of bread and they also gave us some allioli sauce.
So this should be pretty good & scrumptious. Our forth snack. We're still going strong guys. Not close to being full yet.
Time to try that. You already had a bite of the chorizo for our Spanish version so I'm insisting that you save that piece for me. I know it is good. It is wonderful with this garlic sauce.
We are trying something completely new. Apparently it is a dessert that is from Spain. We got three different kinds and I've just opened the first one up. This one is called polvorones de canela. It is cinnamon.
This one is called Mantecada. This is polvorone.
These were three Euros for the 3 of them.
Moving on to dessert. This is called Palmera. It is 1 Euro.
Gotta wash it down with a little fruit juice. This was 1.50 Euros.
That was a very fun visit to the Central Market (Mercado Central).
If you want to visit the Central Market (Mercat Central) here in Valencia a few things you should know. It is open from 8 to 3 pm everyday except for Sunday. So Monday through Saturday and there is a lot of produce and meat shops great for picking up groceries.
This is part of our Travel in Spain video series showcasing Spanish food, Spanish culture and Spanish cuisine.

Thanks to Frank and Jerry of Zouba Tours: for taking me around. I paid for this tour, but they did a great job and I would recommend them.
Kunming, Yunnan, China - Kunming is the capital and largest city in Yunnan province China. So I was excited to explore the local market in Kunming and eat as much street food as possible!
Here are all the Chinese street food dishes we ate throughout the market:
Rice pudding - 5 RMB ($0.76) - This was slightly fermented, and sweet, like a rice alcohol pudding. It was pretty good, but quite sweet, so I couldn’t eat that much of it.
Dumpling - 1 RMB ($0.15) - I saw these dumplings sizzling and hissing and there was no way I could walk by without trying one. Stuffed inside were leek and egg. They were a little on the oily side, but delicious.
Whole duck - 20 RMB ($3.03) - Yunnan is famous for roast duck, and there’s a version that’s comparable even to Beijing style. Style I was excited to find a stall that at the market that specialize in Yunnanese roast duck. It was delicious and the owners were very friendly as well.
Pickled pears - 5 RMB ($0.76) - This was an interesting snack, and supposed to be very healthy and good for digestion.
Drink - 2 RMB ($0.30) - This drink was incredible sweet, but refreshing.
Tofu Noodles - 5.5 RMB ($0.83) - Another extremely popular Chinese street food snack at the market was tofu noodles - I’ve had tofu and noodles, but not really mixed before. It was a little plain and starchy, but from all the sauces, it was taty.
Rice balls - 5 RMB ($0.76) - We also tried sesame rice balls which were delicious.
Jacuzzi braised ½ chicken - 15 RMB ($2.27) - This was one of the highlights of the market for me, mainly because the owner was so friendly and his giant jacuzzi of boiling chickens was amazing to see! The chicken was a little bony, but flavorful.
Yellow soybean porridge - 3.5 RMB ($0.53) - As we were leaving the market, we stopped for one last bowl of soybean porridge to eat with youtiau, Chinese donuts. I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did, but it was delicious. It was very warming and hearty.
Finally to complete this Chinese street food tour in Kunming, Jerry and I, along with his family ate Chinese Yunnanese bbq. It was tasty and a great way to end this amazing day of street food.
Special thanks to Zouba Tours ( for arranging everything in this video. I paid for this tour, but I think they did a great job, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the tour.
That completes Day 4 of this Chinese food tour of Yunnan. If you haven’t already, watch the full series here:

Eating Guinea Pigs in the Andes Mountains regions of South America is a long and special tradition. They’ve been raised and eaten for thousands of years, and to this day, they remain very popular, and reserved for special meals. The city of Cusco, Peru, and the surrounding areas is one of the best places in Peru to eat guinea pig, known locally as cuy. #Cusco #Peru #PeruvianFood
In this Peruvian cuy tour, we ate three different guinea pigs in a row:
1. San Pedro Market - Right in the heart of Cusco is San Pedro Market, a wonderful Peruvian food market with everything you can imagine. In the morning you’ll find quite a few vendors selling to-go guinea pigs. We had this first, but it wasn’t the best of the day.
2. Tipón, Peru - For our guinea pig number two we drove to Tipón, a town that claims to be a “National Capital of Delicious Baked Guinea Pig.” We headed straight for Cuyeria Monica, where she baked a fresh cuy, bubbled the skin, and served us the full cuy Peruvian food plates. Fresh out of the oven, with the crispy skin, it was incredibly delicious. 35 PEN ($10.61) - Price per cuy
3. Cuyeria Sol Moqueguano - Back to the center of Cusco, we tried a famous restaurant for cuy, Cuyeria Sol Moqueguano, where they have both baked and deep fried. This was an incredible meal, the deep fried version was sensational. The entire plate, including the sausage and rocoto relleno, was outstanding. 42 PEN ($12.73) - Per per cuy
It was a fantastic Peruvian food day in Cusco, and a learning experience.

BELO HORIZONTE, Minas Gerais, Brazil - Many of the most well known chefs and cooks in Brazil are from Minas Gerais state, and they are known throughout Brazil for their food. In this Brazilian food tour of Belo Horizonte, we ate some seriously meaty dishes, and spicy chili peppers.
Mercado Central de Belo Horizonte - To begin we started at the central market, a beautiful and very clean and organised market where you can get all the produce and artisanal foods of Minas Gerais. The chili peppers in particular stood out to me, of all different kinds and we couldn’t help but buy a bhut jolokia (ghost chili).
Rei Do Torresmo - King of Crackling - We continued on to Rei Do Torresmo for some serious pork cracklings and fried pork belly followed by liver sauteed with onions and scarlet eggplant - this was my favorite dish of breakfast. The owner also poured us a glass of cachaça - sugarcane spirit which is famous throughout Brazil, but possibly most famous in Minas Gerais. Total price - 40 BRL ($10.10)
Pão de queijo - Another Brazilian food you have to eat in Belo Horizonte is cheese bread, and this one filled with turkey as well - it was cheese on cheese, a cheese lovers dream. Price - 11 BRL ($2.78)
Nonô - O Rei do Caldo de Mocotó - Another dish to eat in Belo Horizonte is Mocotó, a cow hoof stew of soup that’s basically melted liquid meat. It was rich and hearty and so meaty and delicious. I especially loved their spiked hot sauce. Price - 10 BRL ($2.53)
Café Palhares - One of the legendary restaurant cafes in Belo Horizonte is Cafe Palhares, and you must order their KAOL - an acronym for cachaça, rice, eggs, sausage. It’s a one plate meal deal and represents the food of Belo Horizonte. Price - 18.80 BRL ($4.75) per plate
Mirante do Mangabeiras - In the afternoon to take a food rest, we took a drive up the side of the mountain for an amazing view of the city.
Bar Do Careca - For dinner on this Brazilian food tour of Belo Horizonte, we went to Bar Do Careca an actual bar, but more of a restaurant than a bar. Along with a few other local Minas Gerais dishes, we tried feijão tropeiro, possibly the national dish of the area. Watching it being made was spectacular, and it was just as good as it looked. Total price - 156 BRL ($39.41)
Belo Horizonte and the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, is a fantastic city in Brazil that’s passionate about food.

1 toilet for 30 students in Greece - vpro Metropolis
In Greece the economic crisis influences a lot of things, even the way people use the toilet. Maria lives on campus in Athens, where she has to share the only working toilet with 30 other students. The rest of the toilets broke down, and because of money-issues the University can’t fix them. Janitors are also being cut, so that one toilet isn't particularly clean either. Maria has taken control over her own hygiene by taking her fish decorated toilet seat with her every time she has to go.
vpro Metropolis was a video project by Dutch broadcast organisation vpro, that ran from 2008 to 2015. Metropolis is made by a global collective of young filmmakers and TV producers, reporting on remarkable stories from their own country/city. We made a trip around the globe on one single issue: from local beauty ideals to Elvis impersonators, to what's it like being gay, or an outcast or a dog in different cultures.

Italian Food Tour at Central Market in Florence, Italy
Join us for an Italian Food Tour at Central Market in Florence, Italy as we sample numerous savory and sweet dishes on the second level of the market. Prior to arriving at the Central Market (Mercato Centrale) we had this idea that it would be upscale and touristy with prices to match but were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was to grab tasty bites on a budget. We ended up spending just over 23 Euros total for the two of us to sample a lot of different food at Florence Central Market (Mercato di San Lorenzo). Here is the list of food items we had at the market:
1) Parmigiano Reggiano (parmesan cheese cubes)
2) Burrata sandwich with prosciutto
3) Trapizzino (pizza dough with a stuffed filling)
4) Arancini (crispy rice balls with a savory filling)
5) Cannoli dessert with gelato inside
6) Malaga gelato (rum and raisin flavored ice cream)

Italian Food Tour at Central Market in Florence, Italy Video Transcript:
It is lunchtime in Florence and we are back at Central Market (Mercato Centrale / Mercato di San Lorenzo). We were here yesterday to buy some produce and a few groceries to cook an Italian meal at home. And then we noticed that on the second floor they have a whole bunch of restaurants and deli shops so we figured let's come back and actually have lunch here.
That is the plan for today. We've just arrived but we're going to have a little wander through to see what is available and then we'll start buying little bites. We've got to scout it out really well before we pick.
We've got our first two items. That kind of startled you there. Yeah, I was admiring my cheese. We got a little cone of parmigiano. Parmesan. Parmigiano Reggiano. This was 3.50 in Euros. The best part is it comes in these massive cubes and you've got this little fork to pierce them with so look at the size of this.
All of the cheeses, the meats, the pastas, the pizzas. Wow. The gelatos. It is like this is really good. Italy is making me chubby.
And you know what is next. This little thing. This little thing. I believe this was called Burrata. And it looks like it this looks like focaccia bread or something. It has kind of been made into a sandwich. It is a sandwich. It has prosciutto. I'll kind of lift it up here so you can see. It appears I could be wrong but it appears to have a some salad. Some salad. Ensalada. I think there is some creamy cheese as well. It was 6 Euros.
We found our next dish. This is called Trapizzino. And it looks amazing. Basically this is pizza dough in the form of a triangle and then it has been stuffed with filling. You can choose what filling you want. They have a whole bunch to choose from but we went with the eggplant and the tomato sauce a little bit of pesto and then parmesan cheese on top coming in at 4 Euros.
Moving on to snack number four. So this is something we've seen a few times and we've wanted to try it. And we've never had it. It is basically a giant crispy rice ball (arancini). Inside there is different flavors. We got the one with prosciutto for 3 Euros.
Alright we're moving on to dessert. What do you got in your hands?
We got two desserts. We did. But let's start with this one. So this is the Cannoli at 3 Euros. And instead of being stuffed with a cream of ricotta it is actually gelato made with ricotta cheese and we got rum and raisin gelato called Malaga at 3.50 Euros.
That brings our total to 23 Euros for two people. Basically 11.50 per person. We got to eat a lot of like amazing delicious food. I mean this far exceeded my expectations.
This is part of our Travel in Italy video series showcasing Italian food, Italian culture and Italian cuisine.

Greece is the answer - VPRO documentary - 2013
Is ailing Greece the start of a new Europe? Alternatives arising from the ruins of the bankrupt growth economy give citizens control over supply and demand. Local and social; a small-scale economy.
Is ailing Greece the start of a new Europe? Will the cradle of democracy also become the cradle of a new economy? One in four Greeks is out of a job, the youth unemployment rate is approaching 60%, and the purchasing power of the average citizen has declined by 30%. But that is exactly what forces us to think out of the box. For from the ruins of the bankrupt growth economy rises a practicable alternative. The potato movement guides the way to a revolutionary new model, that is co-facilitated by the government. Local, social and elusive to futures and distributive trade. In the no middleman economy citizens are in control of supply and demand. After the tragedy of the old euro model, modern Greece stages a different economy: that of the smallest unit. Is this where the new Europe is built from the bottom up?

Peruvian Supermarket Tour + Peruvian Foods to Buy in Lima, Peru Transcript:
Well hello there Sam. Want to tell us what are we up to today? Hey guys so today we are going to do a Peruvian grocery store tour. Yes! And this is our local shop not far from where we are staying. It is Wong. Wong. Just over your shoulder. It is not a little store. It is a great big store. Two levels yes and there is a lot of unique Peruvian products. Yes. And we're going to try and show you as many of those as we possibly can.
Productos Tipicos Peruanos. First up typical Peruvian products. Yeah. There is a little bit of everything here. Some things I recognize some things I don't. I really like this display because yes you can also find these items in other parts of the store. For instance I know that these um these San Jose what are these called? Ah, turrone. Ah turrones. I've seen these turrones elsewhere I've also seen King Kongs elsewhere but they don't seem to have them today. This is really cool. You get this at the restaurants a lot. Canchita. Oh yeah. We have that for a lot of snacks at your Aunt's house too. Chifles which are plantains slices but they are like chips. Yep. There are surprisingly not sweet and not very salty either.
I know a few words. Rocoto. That is another famous one as well. Oh and my Mom just bought some of these. Yes. She was at the supermarket this morning. Tejas. These are Tejas. Oh how do I ever describe this. It is like a sweet you can have different fillings. Yeah. This can be pecans. Pecans. Pecans. Pecans. Yeah, it is basically pecans or prunes yes and then inside is like manjar blanco yes which is like the caramel spread. Yes. And then you also have it is coated in chocolate.
Alright my favorite section and probably the most colorful section by far in Wong grocery store. The fruit. So look at this. We have this is chirimoya. How would you describe that? It is like a flesh white fleshy. It is white fleshy pulp. Yes. And they put it in cakes. They do. They often have it served with manjar blanco which is similar to dulce de leche. Yeah. The caramel spread. And then look over here. Caramboya. I don't think we've had one of these. Carambolla. I don't know. I've never had that one. And lucuma.
Look Audrey this is your Grandma's favorite item for breakfast. Papaya you can get it whole or already like I guess you could say it is split in half and sort of processed for you. And that is a reasonable price. Like this is 499 or sorry 5.99. Yeah. So you're talking less than $2 US dollars for a giant slice of papaya. It is a pretty good deal.
Audrey check this out. This is also one of my favorite sections too. You can get the giant bundles of limon. The lemons. And these are great because you can make them in all of the different mixed drinks huh?
Like the chilcanos. Pisco sours. Huanaso. Exactly. And yeah you can use them for teas too. When you had a sour throat just the other day I was making you I was making you limon tea with honey and real ginger. Yes. Te de limon. Te de limon.
This is your all-time favorite breakfast in Peru. Peruvian breakfast. Yes it is. What are you getting? Tamales. So what is it?

Assisi and Italian Country Charm
Rick Steves' Europe Travel Guide | Check your local public television station for this Rick Steves’ Europe episode or watch it on In the Italian countryside, we'll connect with rustic, traditional culture: enjoying an agriturismo (farmhouse inn), seeing how prosciutto and pecorino cheese are made, and hiking to the bottom of deep and ancient wine cellars. We'll end in Assisi — the hometown of St. Francis — which retains its spiritual aura to this day. Like pilgrims, we'll explore its stony center before trekking to its awe-inspiring basilica, built on the tomb of the beloved saint.

TIMELAPSE OF THE FUTURE: A Journey to the End of Time (4K)
Support my work on Patreon: | Get the soundtrack: | How's it all gonna end? This experience takes us on a journey to the end of time, trillions of years into the future, to discover what the fate of our planet and our universe may ultimately be.
We start in 2019 and travel exponentially through time, witnessing the future of Earth, the death of the sun, the end of all stars, proton decay, zombie galaxies, possible future civilizations, exploding black holes, the effects of dark energy, alternate universes, the final fate of the cosmos - to name a few.
This is a picture of the future as painted by modern science - a picture that will surely evolve over time as we dig for more clues to how our story will unfold. Much of the science is very recent - and new puzzle pieces are still waiting to be found.
To me, this overhead view of time gives a profound perspective - that we are living inside the hot flash of the Big Bang, the perfect moment to soak in the sights and sounds of a universe in its glory days, before it all fades away. Although the end will eventually come, we have a practical infinity of time to play with if we play our cards right. The future may look bleak, but we have enormous potential as a species.
Featuring the voices of David Attenborough, Craig Childs, Brian Cox, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Michelle Thaller, Lawrence Krauss, Michio Kaku, Mike Rowe, Phil Plait, Janna Levin, Stephen Hawking, Sean Carroll, Alex Filippenko, and Martin Rees.

Do It Yourself Budget Meal in Europe | Indoor Picnic in our Apartment in Budapest, Hungary
Join us for a do it yourself budget meal in Europe as we head to the Spar grocery store in Budapest, Hungary to load up on local groceries including Hungarian wine, cheese, deli meats, produce and chocolates for an indoor picnic in our apartment in Budapest.
One of the ways we save money while traveling in Europe is staying at AirBNB apartment rentals where we have a full kitchen and an opportunity to buy cheap local groceries which we can cook and prepare at home to save money on restaurant meals. Honestly, reducing restaurant meals allows you to save money almost more than anything else while traveling in Europe.
I think you'll find that our platter looked rather appealing with its variety of ingredients and to top it off with a glass of local Egri Bikaver red wine and some chocolate with coconut really made our day.
Do you like to prepare meals at home? What do you think is a good idea in terms of a cheap and delicious meal you can eat at your apartment while on the road?

Do it yourself budget meal in Europe | Indoor Picnic in our apartment in Budapest, Hungary travel food video transcript:
Well good afternoon. Today we are trying something a little different. So often times we eat out. We love going to restaurants. Yeah. And trying new food.
But we figured we should probably showcase more of like a budget friendly meal for travelers in Europe.
Yeah, so to be perfectly honest most of the time we are preparing our own meals in our AirBNB. Yes. And that is how we save money. That is basically what allows us to stay on the road. We have budget meals, we eat locally. We have like local deli meats and cheeses especially if we're in Europe.
We got to the markets and get fresh produce. Stuff like that. So we're just going to maybe take you on a little tour to the grocery store. Yes. And then back into the kitchen and then on to our couch as we have basically. It is basically an indoor picnic. Indoor picnic. Haha.
Let's go shopping.
Also, this is our apartment. We still need to make an apartment tour. But for now let's focus on grocery shopping.
Our supermarket of choice was closed. We were so excited to show you guys but it is in a really cool building too. It really is.
So you're missing out. We're missing out. On to the next Spar.
This is our backup Spar. It is much smaller and the vegetable selection isn't quite as impressive. But in we go. Spar.
Look at all the cheese. All the cheese. You know you're in Europe when there is cheese. Wonderful cheese selection.
There is plenty of salami here in Hungary. Yeah, if you like meat and cheese you will not go hungry in this country. Believe me.
And so I'm going to start off with some wine. I'll show you the stuff that I bought.
Um, this stuff is pretty good. It is the Egri Bikaver.
We have sliced cheese, blue cheese, cucumber slices, tomato slices.
We have stuffed olives.
And this was a special one that we haven't tried yet. So I think this is it is a stuffed pepper.
I think with ricotta cheese and apples.
So that is a wrap for our indoor picnic. I think we're both pretty stuffed.
Yeah. That was pretty good. It looks like a small light meal but honestly it is pretty filling. Especially when you tack on dessert.
Yeah, with the wine and dessert that ended up being definitely a meal. Definitely a meal more than a snack and yeah that was awesome. Yeah. It was just nice to be able to eat at home and to have nice variety of food like that.
o there is a lot of ways you can be creative to save money while you're in Europe. And definitely the biggest budget tip we have is to have quite a few of your meals at home because yes whenever you go to a restaurant you always pay a lot of money.

Digital Food: feed the world - VPRO documentary - 2015
Modern food production is largely dependent on fossil fuels. Now that we are beginning to reach the end of the fossil fuel era, the main question remains: How will we feed a global population of 9 billion people in 2050? In the Netherlands, Belgium and in the Silicon Valley, numerous startups have decided to use smart technology, big data and new distribution systems to find solutions for this issue.
In VPRO backlight, we explore tomorrow’s food, which not only needs to be sustainable, tasty and organic, but mainly nutritious and above all sufficient for all earthlings. Will the approach of this new generation of food startups help us to ensure the necessary quantity and quality of food in the future?
In “Digital Food”, we meet sustainable food guru Michael Pollan, chef Dan Barber and philosopher Julian Baggini.
