Muscat: A group of Omanis have made a video to attempt and draw tourists to Wilayat Jaalan Bani Bu Ali after they noticed that not many tourists know about the area.

They hope to allow people outside Oman to know exactly why they love their hometown and how they can enjoy the Wilayat.

Salim al Senaidi, a twenty three year old content creator, told Times of Oman: Jalan Bani Bu Ali is the place that I was born and raised. Jalan is unique, compared to other places, with its own nature and traditions, so I made this video to showcase the beauty that's hidden from the world.

Al Senaidi has worked with volunteer groups for five years, always working to serve his hometown, and to him this is just another example.

The content creator hoped that his work will draw the attention of tourists and the Ministry of Tourism alike, and play a part in increasing Jalan's share of tourists.
