HONOLULU-WAIKIKI SIGHTSEEING TOUR with HOP ON HOP OFF
This short video is Part 10 of our 15 days (10-25 Oct 2018) holiday in United States as a Honeymoon Vacation for our Golden Wedding Anniversary.
This part covers a city sightseeing tour with Hop On Hop Off Bus. We took the Red Line first, then the Pink Line. The Red Line route is from Waikiki to Chinatown then from Chinatown back to Waikiki. There are 14 stop. The Pink line route is from Waikiki to Ala Moana Center, the from Ala Moana Center back to Waikiki. There are 16 stop. We're really enjoy with this sightseeing tour.

Waikiki Post Office to Ala Moana Center 4K60 10/22/2019. We begin our walk at the Waikiki Post Office. We head out on to Saratoga Road and walk up a bit until we get to Kalakaua Ave and go left and continue walking on Kalakaua Ave. We cross the street at Ala Moana Blvd and turn left and continue down Ala Moana Blvd until we go over the bridge and cross the street at Atkinson Drive. We continue down Ala Moana Blvd until we get to the driveway that says Ala Moana Hawaii's Center, walk across the turn in street and go pass the Pink Line trolley pick up area and go right in to Ala Moana Center. We end out walk in front of the Makai Food Court at the Ala Moana Center! Enjoy!

Waikiki Ala Wai Promenade and Canal Oahu Hawaii 4K60
Waikiki Ala Wai Promenade and Canal Oahu Hawaii 4K60 10/25/2019. We begin our walk on McCully St in front of the American Legion Department of Hawaii and we walk along side the Ala Wai Canal on Ala Wai Promenade walkway. We walk down a bit and have to when we get to Kalakaua Ave we turn left and walk across the bridge and then cross Kalakaua Ave at the light and walk back across the bridge and turn left with the Hawaii Convention Center on our right. We walk up the Hawaii Convention Center's back stairs and check out the man made waterfalls. We go back down the stairs and continue walking Ala Wai Promenade until we get to Ala Moana Blvd and turn left head across the bridge which I where we end out walk. Be careful of the damaged walkway on the bridge. The sidewalk looks like it's a bad pot hole. Enjoy!

High-rise hotels line the shore in Waikiki, a vibrant neighborhood known for its popular surf beach. Designer fashion stores line Kalakaua Avenue and nearby streets, and the area buzzes after dark with waterside cocktail bars, fine dining and Kuhio Beach hula shows. Honolulu Zoo is home to Komodo dragons and wandering peacocks, while parrotfish and urchins inhabit Waikiki Aquarium’s reef exhibit.

Honolulu is the capital and largest city of the state of Hawaii, in the United States. It is also the seat of the county of Honolulu, on the southeast coast of the island of Oahu. In Hawaiian, Honolulu means sheltered bay or shelter.
Honolulu is known for its tourist area on Waikiki Beach, and for the Diamond Head volcanic crater. Honolulu is also home to the main campus of the University of Hawaii, located in Manoa, the university district of the city.
The naval base at Pearl Harbor, known as the site of the Japanese attack of December 7, 1941, which caused the United States to enter the Second World War, is about fifteen kilometers to the west from the city.
