METRAPANEL PRODUCTS
METRAPANEL WALLS
Metrapanel walls are used to create the interior surface as well as the structural and bracing elements of the building, and offers walls that are strong, durable providing a beautifully smooth finish.
METRAPANEL CEILINGS
Metrapanel ceilings offer a streamline finished product using the 7.35 mtr by 2.45 sheets of panel allows for less joins.
The solid ceilings act as a safe platform for the builders eliminating Health and Safety issues on site.
METRAPANEL BENEFITS
Cost effective
A building, which takes less time to complete, will logically cost less. Labour charges will be lower and the stopping cost will be minimal. Also, you won't have to pad your quote to allow for bad weather days. Once the walls and ceilings are up and the windows are in, weather is not a problem -- if it rains, we work inside.
Shorter wait till move-in day
A home built with Metra goes up quickly and efficiently. For an average sized project, they usually take just one day to position and secure. Once the floor slab is down, in most cases, houses built with our system go up 30-50% faster than traditional construction methods.
More house for your money
Metra walls take up less space because they have the strength to stand on their own. Our system can add up to 6% more floor area -- which could mean an extra room!
Design flexibility
The smooth finish of Metra needs little special preparation other than normal sanding. You can paint or paper directly onto it, and this means an extra smooth finish. You can also place fittings or hang pictures virtually anywhere with Metra because surfaces are solid from edge to edge.
Steamless effort
A home built with Metra goes up quickly and efficiently. For an average sized project, they usually take just one day to position and secure. Once the floor slab is down, in most cases, houses built with our system go up 30-50% faster than traditional construction methods.
Good looks that last
The smooth perfection of Metra is almost impossible to dent. At 650kg/m3, the density of a Metrapanel is significantly higher than that of solid timber. This means it can really take the bumps and bangs of everyday life.
In-built insulation
The density of Metrapanels makes them a natural insulator. Our customers tell us Metra offers superior insulation from heat, cold and noise. We also offer specialised fire wall and sound proofing solutions.
50 year durability
The Metra wall and ceiling systems when constructed by a licensed Metra builder will meet the provisions of the New Zealand Build Code (B2.3.1(A)) of 50 years durability.

Jungle Gym Track, Wainui Hill - Walks in Wellington
New Zealand vlog!
Come with us as we take you for a walk on the wainui hill through the jungle gym track. It was a little windy on that day but nonetheless it was such a nice tramp. The track was sheltered by the trees very good on a hot day. We really enjoy this track.

Over the Wainui hill
Testing out my new Sony Action Cam, mounted to my bike's left passenger foot-peg for my daily commute back home from work. The sun was pretty low meaning I couldn't see much in most of the corners (no sunnies on unfortunately), but otherwise it was a nice ride over with light traffic.
