We’ve come up with every kind of safari on this tour of Kenya’s best. Of course, there will be many game drives throughout the journey, but you’ll also take in the varied wildlife on a water safari, a guided walking safari and, if you wish, a bicycle safari. Now that’s something you won’t see anywhere else!
Your safari begins at Amboseli National Park. With its views of stunning Mt. Kilimanjaro, the park’s big game of lion, elephant, buffalo and hippo are all yours to explore. The multiple game drives here will bring you in the vicinity of impala, giraffe, wildebeest and possibly cheetah.
Moving on to the great Rift Valley, you’ll enter Lake Naivasha. Here you’ll take a water safari, sailing past hippos and enjoying views of the abundant birdlife populating this freshwater lake. Look out for the giraffe and zebra on the nearby shore.
Then, at nearby Crescent Island, you’ll be treated to a guided walking safari. Casually hike by impala, giraffe, zebra and other small game as they graze.
If you wish you may take an optional bicycle safari at Hell’s Gate National Park,. Have fun pedaling by the grazing gazelle, antelope and giraffe. This is definitely a story you can take back home!
Then we’re off to Lake Nakuru National Park where we’ll encounter black & white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffe, hippo, and look out for lions and leopards. This is a beautiful park adorned with swaths of acacia trees. There is plentiful birdlife here as well. And sightings of flamingos are not uncommon. So get your camera ready!
The big finale of your adventure tour is at the king of safari destinations – the Masai Mara. The world-famous Mara is rich with a vast display of wildlife. You’ll enjoy numerous game drives during your days here to view the Big Five as well as smaller game.
The Mara is a stunning eco-system with its vast savannah, accented with acacia trees. If you wish, as a special addition, you can arrange with your guide to visit a Masai village and meet the people still living their traditional lifestyle. What a fitting end to your 6 days of new adventures in East Africa.

Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness. It is home for such animals as lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, hippos, giraffes, antelopes, jackals, hyenas, impalas, different bird species and more. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. Enjoy the landscape that has grassy plains and rolling hills. But the best known thing about Maasai Mara is the Great Migration. The Great Migration in Africa is a breathtaking nature phenomenon which takes place between April and October each year. More than two million wildebeest and zebras trek from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the Massai Mara National reserve in Kenya.
Thousands of animals grazing the grass plains, a great number of wildebeest are trying to cross the Mara River braving and fighting the crocodiles. These animals migrate, meet their enemies and fight them bravely struggling for life and looking for greener pastures.
We invite you to enjoy gorgeous wildlife in Kenya, Africa. This video in premium 4K quality from and depicts diverse African wildlife in Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Our Kenyan Safari - Stranded In Masai Mara National Reserve...
On August 24, 2013 five of us arrived in Kenya for a safari. OMG It was amazing! Our first night was at Ol Tukai Lodge inside Amboseli National Park and day two was spent at Lake Nakuru. This video is about our adventure on day three en route from Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara. It was about a 4-5 hour trip in a land cruiser. Our very experienced tour guide/driver Pascal was fantastic. He stopped at different points to show us different animals.
We were inside Masai Mara Game Reserve heading toward Mara Sopa Lodge when it happened. Masai Mara Game Reserve is world famous for its population of lions, leopards, cheetahs and other animals. The terrain of the reserve is open grasslands with seasonal riverlets. He was driving through a chasm that seemed fairly shallow and he says he's used to passing through without any issues.
But as luck would have it the vehicle got stuck. We all had to vacate the land cruiser and wait as he radioed for help. So we made an adventure of it. We grabbed bottles of water from the cruiser, turned up Bob Marley's Three Little Birds, took the time to stretch our legs and waited for help which arrived in about 20 minutes. Pretty amazing experience...
Safari Kenya Elopement / Masai Mara National Reserve
„Hey Vivian“, he said. „Tell me something good.
I stared out of the camp at the bright-blue sky and I told him a story of two people. Two people shouldn’t have met, and who didn‘t like each other much when they did, but who found they were the only two people in the world who could possible have understood each other. And I told him of the adventures they had, the places they had gone, and the things I had seen that I had never expected to. I conjured for him Electric skied and iridescent seas and evenings full of laughter and silly jokes. I drew a world for him, a world far from the industrial city, a world that he had created for me, full of wonder and possibility.

Discover Kenya in 8 Day Safari through Amboseli-Lake Naivasha Activities-Lake Nakuru & Masai Mara
Here’s your opportunity to discover all the colour of Africa! Massive elephant herds, the Big Five, hippos, rhinos and flamingos – the great land masses and shimmering lakes – they’re all here on this grand discovery tour.
This private 8-day safari of Kenya’s national parks will bring you to the heart of 5 outstanding game reserves: Amboseli National Park, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Hell’s Gate and the Masai Mara.
And though the tour covers a lot of ground, it’s still designed to move at a comfortable pace for everyone. There will be plenty of time for game viewing and for relaxing at your lodge or camp.
Your Natural World Safari departs Nairobi for the spectacular views found in Amboseli National Park. Here you’ll see Africa’s tallest peak, Mt Kilimanjaro – a towering backdrop to your stay. Amongst elephants, zebra, giraffe and dozens of bird species you’ll spend two nights here.
Lake Naivasha is up next on your tour. Set in the great rift valley, this cool, blue lake is home to hippos, zebras and bird life. Here you’ll take an easy boat ride, viewing the wildlife grazing on the shore.
Nearby Crescent Island features a walking safari where you will stroll amongst giraffes, zebras, impalas and waterbucks.
Then we’ll travel on to Hell’s Gate National Park, known for its abundant and peaceful wildlife. There are no big cats here, so we’ll have the opportunity to hike and bicycle past impalas, buffaloes, giraffes and zebras. You can’t get much closer to nature than this!
Our safari continues to Lake Nakuru National Park. This is a jewel in Kenya’s park system with lions, leopards, hippos and rare Rothschild’s giraffes. It’s also home to flamingos, pelicans and innumerable bird species.
There are even more flamingos to be seen at Lake Bogoria and we’ll visit there if you wish.
But perhaps the most unique attraction at Lake Nakuru Park are the endangered black & white rhinos. During your visit here, you are guaranteed viewings of both species.
We’ve saved the biggest for last. Our final safari stop is at world-renowned Masai Mara game reserve. The Mara is a place of vast grasslands, dotted with signature acacia trees. Here you’ll find thousands of wildebeests, zebras and many other species marching across this famous plain.
There will be lots of game drives for you to spot the Big Five, plus many other wildlife, during your 4 days and 3 night stay here.
At Natural World Safaris, we always offer you the largest choice of tours and accommodations. Depending on your taste and style, stay at a safari lodge or tented camp. And depending on your budget, we offer many choices in economy, comfort, superior comfort or luxury accommodations.
Your transport for the entire safari is in the comfort of a private pop-top 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep.

Walking Safaris in Kenya - Starting a new ecotourism and conservation project.
Maasai youth at Oloirien Group Ranch and volunteers from abroad create a new ecotourism activity next to the Masai Mara National Reserve. The project initiated by Life Net (lifenetnature.org) advances employment prospects for Maasai youth living next to the reserve while also spreading the word about wildlife habitat conservation.
The Rules of the Maasai Mara Reserve Explained
Driving around a big 5 game reserve can be exciting, daunting and a little chaotic at times. That's why the Mara Triangle Conservancy has established strict rules to make your dream safari experience not only more enjoyable, but safe and considerate for not only the animals but the multitude of wildlife lovers that flock t these great plains each year.
