Let's walk in one of the greatest cities in Europe and the world - Barcelona!
We start at the Plaça de les Drassanes, go towards the Port Authority and Rambla des Mar. There we walk around, see the seagulls and head up to big Las Ramblas.
The famous walking street of Barcelona ends at Plaça de Catalunya. We continue on the Passeig de Gràcia with beautiful architecture.
Then we head to Diagonal and towards one of the main sights of Barcelona - La Sagrada Familia - where we end this walk. A beautiful sunny day with a little bit of wind. I hope you enjoy.

Barcelona Largest Market / Antique Auctions | Walking Tour / Barcelona - Onel's Travel
Mercat dels Encats is Barcelona's largest and best known flea market. Interesting for the mix of really rubbish things ( old cosmetics, old rusty bikes) and gems like vintage furniture, clothes, books.
Antique Auctions take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7pm to 9pm.
When all the commercial buyers are there and again at 12pm when all the unsold goods drop in price. The furniture in the big hall to the side ot the market is incredible and worth a look in.

BARCELONA WALK | La Rambla - Famous Tourist Street | Spain
A first-person perspective Barcelona walk tour of La Rambla.
See all the sights as Watched Walker (yes, I’m talking about myself in the third person) takes us on a walking tour through the streets of Barcelona, featuring La Rambla (Las Ramblas). The route begins at the bottom of La Rambla close to the Christopher Columbus monument, then climbs north up the street, ending across from Plaça de Catalunya (Catalonia Square).
Sights seen along the tour include horse-drawn carriage, pavement cafes, souvenir kiosks, painters, portrait artists, statue of Frederich Soler, pavement mosaic by Joan Miró, the Font de Canaletes, and three metro stations (Drassanes, Liceu, Catalunya).
And in each video I've hidden a blinking eye, can you spot it? (It could appear more than once). In addition to the blinking eye, I've also added the Watched Walker logo to various scenes–it could be on buildings, vehicles or any other objects, so keep an eye out for it too!
Footage recorded June 2017.

Barcelona Gothic Quarter walking tour
Barcelona Gothic Quarter walking tour takes us to some of the main plazas of town and those charming little pedestrian lanes.
While Barcelona has many famous sites and museums, one of the great pleasures is just hanging out, just taking a stroll, sitting down relaxing, watching the people go by. We'll visit Plaza St Jaume, Plaça de Sant Josep Oriol, the Rambla, Les Quinze Nits, Carrer de Jaume, Barcelona Cathedral, with highlights of the Mercè Festival Barcelona.
And we'll see the grand plaza of the Plaça Reial, that's the Royal Square, built in the nineteenth century. It's surrounded by magnificent arcades on all sides and anchored by a grand fountain in the center.
While this is a very popular touristic destination, it's also a public space that's utilized by the locals, especially when they're putting on an outdoor concert at one of their various festivals.
On Sundays they have a flea market with antiques and collectibles. The street market could be a good place to pick up an authentic souvenir – better than a tourist shop, but perhaps the main attraction of the Royal Square are the many restaurants lining it all the way around.
It's even more lively at night than during the day, primarily because of all the busy restaurants and it's like an outdoor living room for the people who live here. Even if you're not hungry this is certainly an interesting spot to pass through in the evening.
There's even a couple of small deluxe hotels on the square and just looking around at all the food, restaurants you'll quickly work up an appetite.
And don't hesitate to take a walk at night in the heart of Barcelona, for example, once again back out here on the Rambla. It really is quite safe because there are so many people around, the streets are pretty well lit. You don't want to miss out on that, and the Spaniards, as you know stay up late so the restaurants are open.
One of the busiest pedestrian streets is Carrer de Jaume, which is actually part of a much longer street that goes from one end of downtown to the other, changing names to Carrer de la Princesa and as we saw earlier, Carrer de Ferran.
That culinary favorite of pizza is always available, and gelato – that could be your staple dishes in town, along with the tapas and the vino.
This lively street inevitably leads into its namesake the Plaça St Jaume, where City Hall is located, other government buildings and lots of people. Tonight there was a special event, part of the Mercè Festival, lighting up the buildings with moving illuminations and music.
Over 100 events with music and dance performances take place on that Mercè Festival weekend. We will show you a little bit more of this and the sardana dance at the end of the show.
And if you enjoyed the movie, how about a thumbs up, and we always welcome comments down below.

2. More About This Video ????
⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter can be really confusing! So many winding streets, so many tourists, so much to see! But it’s actually quite a small area, and it’s one of the most magical collections of 13-15th century buildings in the world.
And did you know that Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter is actually built on the remains of a 2,000 year old Roman settlement?
Also, not everything is as it seems in the Gothic Quarter. There are lots of secrets in this part of the city, but you have to know where to find them. I will show you!
To sum it up, the Gothic Quarter is a place you really need to visit. It’s also called the Barrio Gótico in Spanish and the Barri Gòtic in Catalan.
In this video I take you to XXXX of the must-see sites in the Gothic Quarter. These are places we visit and you’ll learn about on Devour Tour’s Tapas, Taverns & History Tour.
At each stop in the video, I give you some information behind the history of the area, and also a little Google marker with the name of the street or square so you can find it yourself.
So, where do we visit?
1. Plaça Nova - where the entry point to the Roman town was
2. Carrer del Paradís - where there is an amazing Roman temple
3. Behind the Cathedral - where you can see lots of hidden symbols
4. General Archive of the Crown of Aragon
5. Plaça del Rei - did Columbus stand on these steps?
6. Pont del Bisbe - the most photographed site in all of Barcelona… but it’s not as old as it seems!
7. Jewish Quarter (El Call) - a fascinating little tangle of streets with a long history
8. Plaça Sant Felipe Neri - my favourite square in the city… and with a dark secret
9. Plaça Sant Jaume - the perfect place to decode the Catalan independence issue
10. Pont de Mar - the exit point of the old Roman city!

BARCELONA WALK | Gothic Quarter incl. Narrow Streets, City Hall and Roman Wall | Spain
A first-person perspective Barcelona walk tour in the Gothic Quarter (Barri Gòtic) of the city centre.
Experience all of the sights and sounds as Watched Walker (yes, I’m talking about myself in the third person) takes us on a walking tour through the streets of Barcelona, featuring a walk in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. The tour begins in Plaça Reial (Royal Plaza), then travels up Carrer de Ferran to Plaça de Sant Jaume (the large square where the City Hall and Government Building are located), then through narrow streets winding around Barcelona Cathedral, ending up in Plaça De Ramon Berenguer El Gran, in front of the Roman wall and Chapel of Santa Àgata, where the tour concludes.
Sights seen along the tour include Plaça Reial, the main square featuring Barcelona’s City Hall and Government Palace building, a bridge by Joan Rubió connecting buildings over Carrer del Bisbe, Barcelona Cathedral, a maze of narrow streets, street artists and musicians, a Roman wall, and the Chapel of Santa Àgata.

This is a virtual tour from around Barcelona Spain. Taking a look at La Familia Sagrada, the beach boardwalk near the Gothic Quarter, the Parks and some of the art by Picasso, Antoni Gaudi and Salvatore Dali. Barcelona is the largest city in Catalonia and one of my favorite cities in all of Europe and the world really.
