The sweeping white-sand crescent of Bondi is one of Australia’s most iconic beaches. Reliable waves draw surfers while, nearby, hardy locals swim in the Icebergs ocean pool year-round. Trendy, health-conscious Sydneysiders head to laid-back cafes around Hall Street, while hip backpackers frequent the area's casual pubs. Walkers and joggers use the clifftop Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, with its dramatic scenery.
ROUSE HILL TOWN CENTRE Sydney Australia - Winter 2019 Walking Tour
Walking from Sydney Metro Rouse Hill Station to Rouse Hill Town Centre.
Location: Corner Windsor Road & White Hart Drive, Rouse Hill NSW 2155
Rouse Hill Town Centre (commonly referred to as RHTC) is a shopping centre in the suburb of Rouse Hill in the Hills District of Sydney, New South Wales. The centre is part of a larger development proposal for the Rouse Hill Regional Centre.
Unlike many shopping centres in Australia, Rouse Hill Town Centre is a true town centre with streets, a Town Square, outdoor dining and a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. The centre features high ceilings and has no doors between indoor and outdoor sections. The centre is divided into four quadrants. Each quadrant has its own distinct range of stores, and all four quadrants will meet at an area known as the Town Square. From the Town Square the Main Street and Civic Way branch out to separate the four quadrants. Its main competitors are Castle Towers and Westpoint Blacktown both about 10 km away.
The centre comprises a number of major retailers, as well as cafes, fine dining and entertainment venues.
The first stage including a Coles and Woolworths supermarket, along with 80 speciality stores, a food terrace, and fruit and vegetable market opened on 25 September 2007.
The second stage opened on 6 March 2008, which included the opening of major shops such as Target, Big W, Reading Cinemas along with more speciality stores. A library and community centre, commercial office space and a special learning precinct have also been created.

SYDNEY VLOG - FIRST DAY (ULTIMATE WALKING TOUR!!) | 01-03-2019
Hey everyone!! Welcome back for another Sydney vlog where I will show Robyn around the city that I formally lived and worked in for almost 10 years.
We are staying in China Town at the Great Southern Hotel, a perfect spot to use as a starting point to explore this amazing city. Our first stop is Paddy's market. We spend 5 minutes here before continuing our walk through China Town to Darling Harbour.
Down at Darling Quarter, there are alot of restaurants and cafes to socialise at and recommend it as a stopping point for your adventures around the city.
We walk through Darling Harbour, showing you Cockle Bay Wharf and Pyrmont Bridge. We visit Sea Life (the aquarium), then walk across the bridge to Harbourside Shopping Centre for lunch.
Afterwards, we continue our walk down to Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House (via the city) - this part of our walk is covered in Part 2 :-)
Hope you enjoyed! If you are planning to visit, let me know in the comments below :-)
Filmed: 1st March 2019

Campbelltown - Sydney Australia | Walking Tour 2019
Walking in Campbelltown City Centre, Sydney Australia during Winter 2019.
Campbelltown is a town located on the outskirts of the metropolitan area of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located in Greater Western Sydney 42 kilometres (26 mi) south-west of the Sydney central business district.
Campbelltown gets its name from Elizabeth Campbell, the wife of former Governor of New South Wales Lachlan Macquarie. Originally called Campbell-Town, the name was later simplified to the current Campbelltown.
The old town centre, as laid down by Lachlan Macquarie, is still the main commercial area and includes the Queen Street shopping strip, Campbelltown Mall, Campbelltown railway station and bus interchange, the council chambers and a number of historic buildings. The main residential area is to the south and east of the town centre. On the northwestern side of the railway line is an industrial area.
Campbelltown lies on the main road and rail links from Sydney to the south-west. The Hume Motorway links Campbelltown north to Liverpool, Sydney Airport and Sydney CBD and south to Goulburn and Canberra.
Campbelltown railway station and Macarthur railway station are on the Airport & South Line of the Sydney Trains network. Campbelltown is also the northern terminus of most Southern Highlands Line intercity services.
Campbelltown Hospital is part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District and is located on the southern edge of the suburb near Ambarvale. Campbelltown Private Hospital is located nearby and with the Centric building constitute a close-knit, combined public-private-consulting rooms complex within a convenient radius at Park Central.
The Western Sydney University (old name University of Western Sydney) has a Campbelltown Campus, located on Narellan Road. It was established from 1983 as the second campus of the Macarthur Institute of Higher Education, which merged into WSU in 1989.
According to the 2016 census of Population, there were 12,566 people in the suburb of Campbelltown and 157,006 residents in the Campbelltown Local Government Area.
In the suburb of Campbelltown,
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people made up 4.5% of the population.
- 62.4% of people were born in Australia. The most common countries of birth were England 3.4%, New Zealand 3.2%, Philippines 2.4%, India 2.1% and Sri Lanka 1.2%.
- 75.4% of people only spoke English at home. Other languages spoken at home included Arabic 2.9%, Samoan 1.8%, Mandarin 1.4%, Tagalog 1.4% and Spanish 1.3%.
- The most common responses for religion were Catholic 25.2%, No Religion 20.8%, and Anglican 15.8%.
