Urban Adventures Dinner with the Locals in Warsaw 12/06/2019
Warsaw Urban Adventures organised this wonderful dinner with the locals for our Intrepid travelers. Good food and local neighbourhood - what could be better after long day of traveling? Exploring Warsaw’s Praga neighbourhood on the eastern side from Vistula River gives great contrast compared to well restored and better known Old Town of Warsaw. Warm recommendation for those looking to explore alternative sides of this exciting capital city of Poland.

First Time in Poland | 48 Hours in Warsaw
Welcome to Poland everybody! This is our first experience here in this country and we are going to spend 48 hours in Warsaw to kick off this series.
After a few delays we finally arrived in Warsaw, so we checked into our hotel and headed out to the old town to get some Polish dumplings and traditional polish potatoe pancakes to end our first night.
The next day we headed out into the old town and saw
- Old Town Square
- Warsaw Castle
- University Campus of Warsaw library viewpoint
We then went up the bell tower in castle square which is a great view point to see the city. For lunch we headed out to the Koszyki Covered Market.
In the afternoon we headed out to The largest park in Warsaw Lazienki Krolewskie and went on a little water gondola ride.
To end our time in Warsaw we went out to the Nocny markets.

25 Things to do in Warsaw, Poland | Top Attractions Travel Guide
This was our first trip to Poland and we dove into the capital headfirst. While our travels may have started in the charming Old Town, it wasn't long before we discovered that Warsaw has a cool artsy side. We visited bright neon museums in the art district, shopped in boutiques selling soviet-chic apparel, and got to experience the capital's legendary nightlife. It many ways it was a whirlwind visit, but it was also a fun introduction that made us curious to discover more of Poland in our future travels. The following video will highlight 25 things to do in Warsaw and give you a glimpse into this up and coming capital.

25 Things to do in Warsaw, Poland | Top Attractions Tourism Guide Video Transcript:
Well hello and welcome to Warszawa. This week we are exploring the Polish capital. We've already been here a few days and it has been amazing. It has been such a pleasant surprise and unlike any part of Europe we've traveled in so far. So yeah, this week we're going to be highlighting 25 things to do around the city and we're excited to show you what it is all about.
We came to Warsaw with little to no expectations and the city completely surprised us. Our week in the capital was spent sampling Polish cuisine, learning about the city's past through museums and historical tours, and also dabbling in a bit of the nightlife. Warsaw is quickly rising through the ranks and we think it won't be long before travellers are flocking en masse. So if you're planning a trip to Poland, don't skip over the capital because there is more to Warsaw than meets the eye.
This is part of our Travel in Poland series. We're making a series of videos showcasing Polish culture, Polish arts, Polish foods, Polish religion, Polish cuisine and Polish people.

10-lecie Adventure Warsaw
Zrobiłem kurs przewodnicki i ruszyłem w miasto - kupiłem wtedy 35-letnią Nysę 522 i zacząłem pokazywać zakamarki Warszawy...
Tak narodziła się moja pasja, tak powstało Adventure Warsaw, a potem jedyne w swoim rodzaju i jedyne w Warszawie Muzeum Życia w PRL. Inne miasta dołączyły do Warszawy i powstało City Adventure.
Dziś zespół kreatywnych entuzjastów stanowi kręgosłup firmy. Chcemy, aby nasi goście opuścili Warszawę i Polskę, wspominając nowe, ciekawe doświadczenia, a przede wszystkim z zamiarem powrotu.
Dlatego wkładamy serca w to, co robimy, podchodząc indywidualnie do każdego gościa i stawiając na jakość.

A trip to Warsaw (Poland) - Cities of Eurosender
A short travel video introducing the capital of Poland and things to do in Warsaw.
Warsaw (Warszawa actually) is often described as a soulless city, where the pace of life is just too fast. The vibrant capital may be very different from other Polish cities, but it’s definitely as enjoyable as the rest of the country. For any traveller, Warsaw offers a great mix of interesting history, fine architecture, delicious food and eccentric bars. Most likely, you will start your adventure at Warszawa Centralna – the main railway station. Don’t feel discouraged by the large amount of people, take a deep breath and find a way out of the station. Now, unless you want to visit Złote Tarasy and do some serious shopping, head to Aleje Jerozolimskie Street and start exploring the city, following a detailed list of things to do in Warsaw:

Warsaw Travel Guide - Discover The Beautiful Capital of Poland | 90+ Countries With 3 Kids
The capital of Poland, Warsaw, is a rapidly-developing city in Central Europe that attracts more and more visitors every day. A good place to start is most definitely the Royal Way which might be confusing as it’s not on the map. It’s a thoroughfare along which many of the city’s sights can be found and it actually comprises two streets Krakowskie Przedmiescie and Nowy Swiat.
The Old Town Square was once the heart of the city but due to the Second World War, the city’s Old Town is only that in name. The capital’s historic centre, dating back from the 13th century, was completely demolished during the conflict, and what visitors see today is essentially a 20th century restoration. That in itself is remarkable. There is information around the cobbled streets and squares detailing how the now-Unesco protected streets were meticulously reconstructed.
For the museum aficionados there are quite a few options. One is the award-winning Museum of the History of Polish Jews that opened in 2014 and that features a multimedia narrative exhibition exploring the life of the Jewish community that flourished in Poland for a thousand years up to the Holocaust. The Telegraph describes it as “full of noise and colour; with echoes of centuries of Yiddish chatter and the soulful sounds of klezmer music,”. The building housing the museum is in itself worth a visit - a post-modern, cube-like structure sat in a city park. Amazing.
