INTRO: Several thousands of people gathered at the Chao Anouvong Park on the Mekong riverbank to sample for The 2nd annual European Food Festival in Vientiane Capital to sample from many local restaurants, our news team has the story.

STORY: From Belgian Beer and Italian pasta, to French Wines and German sausages, the 2nd European Food Festival has attracted thousands of visitors form all over Vientiane capital to the most exciting international food festival. Organized by the European Union Council in Laos, where it is to mark the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of the EU and to mark the 10th Anniversary of Lao- EU relations. Charge d'Affaires of the EU Delegation to Laos, Michel Goffin mentioned to our news team the reason for the festival and promised that they will organize the festival every year due to the successful turn out of this year and the year before . . .
