This is the very basic, but efficient Schindler elevator at WestShore Plaza in Tampa. It is likely the nicest in this mall. The parking elevators glitch a lot, and the JCP and Macy's elevators are slow. And the Dick's elevator is a 330A. This is nice. Interesting story- the escalator accompanying this elevator actually caught on fire just days after this was taken. Very strange.

SOCIETY WESTSHORE ON 2202 N Lois Ave Tampa is a worst place to live

Few days ago I slipped and fell in the room next to the smaller pool. There was a puddle of water there, hard to notice on a sky-blue floor. There was no mat to absorb water or any floor drain and no one there to mop the water. I have videos of almost a bucket full of water on the floor. I was taken to the ER at Tampa General and have stitches on my forehead and muscle injury on one of my arms. The doctor said I will have that scar on my face forever!

Society Westshore may be one of the worst places to live around the International Mall. Very cheap material has been used throughout with glamorous cosmetics! Paper thin walls, low-quality floors (look like wood-grained linoleum), C-grade cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, and very cheap hardware. One may not notice all this on an initial walk-thru, but once you start living here, you see everything.

One of the 3 treadmills in the gym has been out of order for weeks, and recently the second one stopped working! Every parking spot close to the stairs or elevators on all floors has now been designated as Reserved demanding more money over and above the already high rents for tiny

I cannot wait to get out of this nasty place.

It's definitely not everyday you find an 8 STORY HYDRO, especially in a big hotel with a Huge Atrium! I seriously wonder why this place didn't install Traction, I'm guessing for financial reasons, but no clue. Still, it does cause elevator service to be slower, and as you can see, 2 of the elevators in this hotel were out of service for some reason....
At least the elevators that DID work ran well, although they took FOREVER to level, but otherwise they run well and offer VERY NICE Views of this Embassy Suites Style Atrium. These were originally General Oiltronic Elevators judging by the outer doors, but modded within the past few years by Thyssenkrupp. The mod is fairly nice, but as always, I wish they were still original, and to be quite honest, I'm getting quite tired of seeing Kruppy mods as almost everything in the Tampa Bay Area has a Kruppy Mod or is getting one at this point..... But anyways, I hope you enjoy the video of these Very Nice 8 STORY HYDROS offering nice views of this fine hotel! This place used to be a Sheraton Suites but recently became a Four Points by Sheraton.

Modernized: Circa 2010s (Thyssenkrupp with New Motors, Controllers, MAD BS Classic fixtures, New Cabs, Lanterns, etc. Only the outer doors were left original.)
