My Malaysia Travel — Top Attractions And Places To Visit Muar
Bandar Maharani, Bandar DiRaja is located in Muar, Malaysia. It was declared as the royal city by the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar in November 2012. It is a unique tourist destination.
Fire Fly. Seeing firefly is best thing you can do at night when you are in Muar. A firefly is an insect about six milimeter in length, and is capable to generate light from its own body. It produces a chemical reaction inside its body that allows its own body to light up. Visitors will take a boat ride through Muar River to see firefly by the river bank. The boat ride starts at 8PM and ends at 9PM.
River Cruise. Tourists will enjoy the beautiful scenery of Muar River by boat. It can ferry 40 passengers per trip and is equipped, with life jackets. You will enjoy surely this trip, which will take about 30 minutes from the jetty located at Tanjong Emas. You will be able to see mosques, Sultan's palace , bridges , government administrative buildings, as well as flora and fauna.
Pengkalan Tiram. You will see traditional fishermen dive into Muar River without conventional swimming suit and without oxygen. Oysters from Pengkalan Tiram are of good quality since they grow naturally and its quality was certified by various reserchers. Enjoy eating deliscious oysters soup when you are in Muar.
Rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis). Natural rubber is harvested from a rubber tree mainly in the form of latex . A properly managed rubber tree responds to wounding by producing latex. The sticky and milky latex is drawn off by making incisions into the bark and then collecting the fluid from its vessel. This process is called tapping the rubber tree.
Stingless bees. These Stingless bees are also known as lebah kelulut in Bahasa Malaysia. For honey production purposes, beekeepers will teach stingless bees to store honey inside small plastic buckets. This will enable beekeepers to collect the honey easier.
Sungai Gersik Hot Spring. This natural wonder of hot spring can be found in the district of Muar, about 30 km from Bandar Maharani, Bandar DiRaja. It was believed that it has healing power due to its high sulphur content.
Horse riding. Come for horse riding. A wonderfull experience for the kids!
Deer farm. Feel the experience when you are able to feed a deer in this farm. More than 200 of them are here.
Gunung Ledang. It is 1,276 meter height and is the highest mountain in Johor. Its waterfall is very beautiful and is named after a princess in Malay Legend. Beautiful swimming pools are also located here with tropical rain forest surroundings.
Mee Bandung. It is a famous traditional cuisine originated from Muar. Even though Mee Bandung is now available nationwide throughout Malaysia, the one served at its own hometown in Muar is still considered the best and the most delicious.

一幅《麻河上河图》，集聚了麻坡人的心思一起完成的一幅作品。 《麻河上河图》呈现的是麻河沿岸的风景画，但是原料不是一般的彩色，而是用小木块一颗颗拼凑制作而成的，全长47尺！
接下来的这一个月，敬请各位继续关注我们相关活动。1个月，5个星期，34场活动， 2000位表演与筹委志工， 结合大家的力量一起努力打造的麻坡皇城艺术节。

Wetex Parade 18th Anniversary & CNY Official Launch
Wetex Parade celebrated its 18th Anniversary and their official launching of the Chinese New Year 2014 campaign on Saturday, January 18 2014 at 2.30PM among patrons, friends and city officials. The event launched by En. Rahman Bin Ismail (Muar Assistant District Officer) and Mr. Teo Tong Wah (Vice President of Chinese Chamber of Commerce Muar) was a great success.
